  • Patent number: 10795532
Abstract: A first interaction indication is intercepted from a user interface to interact with a first portion of the user interface. The user interface currently displaying a thumbnail representative of an application window. It is determined from the user interface that the first interaction indication is directed towards the thumbnail representative of the application window. Transmission of the first interaction indication to the use interface is canceled. A thumbnail position of the first interaction indication is calculated. The calculation is based on a position of the first interaction indication before cancelation. The calculated thumbnail position of the first interaction indication is translated to an application position of the application window. A second interaction indication is generated. The second interaction indication is directed towards the application position of the application window.

  • Publication number: 20200314093
Abstract: A node of an application instance in a distributed computing environment can be selectively hibernated and the execution of the node selectively restarted by first detecting a condition of the node that satisfies a criterion for hibernating the node. The node may then be hibernated by suspending execution of the node on a server and initiating execution of a listener. The listener can use a network port that the node used before the execution of the node was suspended. At a later time, a request from a client to the application instance can be received by the listener. The request can be a request to restart execution of the node. Responsive to the request and a determination that the server has a predefined amount of resources for permitting execution of the node, the execution of the node on the server can be restarted.

  • Publication number: 20200295977
Abstract: A continuous-time sampler has series-connected delay lines with intermediate output taps between the delay lines. Signal from an output tap can be buffered by an optional voltage buffer for performance. A corresponding controlled switch is provided with each output tap to connect the output tap to an output of the continuous-time sampler. The delay lines store a continuous-time input signal waveform within the propagation delays. Controlling the switches corresponding to the output taps with pulses that match the propagation delays can yield a same input signal value at the output. The continuous-time sampler effectively “holds” or provides the input signal value at the output for further processing without requiring switched-capacitor circuits that sample the input signal value onto some capacitor. In some cases, the continuous-time sampler can be a recursively-connected delay line. The continuous-time sampler can be used as the front end sampler in a variety of analog-to-digital converters.
