Abstract: Targeted binding agents, such antibodies directed to the antigen ?V?6 and uses of such agents are described. In particular, fully human monoclonal antibodies directed to the antigen ?V?6 are disclosed. Nucleotide sequences encoding, and amino acid sequences comprising, heavy and light chain immunoglobulin molecules, particularly sequences corresponding to contiguous heavy and light chain sequences spanning the framework regions and/or complementarity determining regions (CDR's), specifically from FR1 through FR4 or CDR1 through CDR3 are disclosed. Hybridomas or other cell lines expressing such immunoglobulin molecules and monoclonal antibodies are also disclosed.

Abstract: A computer system is provided for calculating an environmental impact for a separately accountable business unit. The system accesses accounts data indicative of internal costs for the separately accountable business unit and supplier costs comprising costs paid to suppliers for goods or services used in the economic activities of the separately accountable business unit. The internal costs and supplier costs of the accounts data are processed to determine the environmental impact for the separately accountable business unit, wherein the environmental impact comprises the impact on the environment as a consequence of the economic activities of the separately accountable business unit.

Abstract: The invention relates to targeted binding agents against KDR and uses of such agents. More specifically, the invention relates to fully human monoclonal antibodies directed to KDR. The described targeted binding agents are useful in the treatment of diseases associated with the activity and/or overproduction of KDR and as diagnostics.

Abstract: The invention is an Intelligent Conveyor Adjustment System (ICAS). The ICAS gives the user a way to adjust guide rails and other devices used in a conveyor system with actuators that can receive instructions based on a specific communications interface, such an interface may consist of but is not limited to serial wired network, an 802.11 compatible network, a power line network, and as described in the examples a wireless network, in a fashion to position rails or other devices on a conveyor system or in machines associated with a conveyor system. The actuators can be but are not limited to varying types, linear, rotary, push/pull covered cable, flexible strips, lever, pivoting, scissor, or other dual actuating mechanisms. The ACMs are used to control the actuators which control the relative position and shape of guide rails on the sides of the conveyor as well as position of various other conveyor entities such as, but not limited to, timing screws, labelers, marking machines, barcode readers, and fillers.

For example, the devices described herein may be used to treat the urethra or gastrointestinal tract, including a sphincter. These devices may provide an expandable element at the distal end of an elongate body and may also include a plurality of electrodes (e.g., needle electrodes) configured to extend from the device and into the tissue to deliver energy to multiple, circumferentially arranged treatment sites. Sufficient energy may be delivered from the device to create a desired tissue effect.

The centralized control over the user's request may be implemented by redirecting a DNS query to the global controller or an optimal search guide server at an individual internet service provider level. Redirection of the DNS query may involve a record modification of a domain name resolution response indicating the non-existing domain.

The means for treating may include a needleless RF electrode, an ultrasound transducer, or a cryogenic probe configured to be advanced through a hollow needle, each of which are designed to reduce or eliminate symptoms associated with urinary incontinence.
