Abstract: A jewelry piece, which includes a setting of at least two pear-shaped precious stones, placed adjacent to each other resembling a heart shape. The heart shaped setting is defined within a metallic frame having a convex front and a curved back. Two top pins and a bottom pin positioned on the front of the metallic frame secure the heart shaped setting. The jewelry piece is further decorated with more jewels paved on metallic frame along the periphery of the heart shaped setting. The metallic frame could also be made with a flat front and a flat back. And a setting pin assembly could be used to secure the heart shaped setting in place. The setting pin assembly may include three strips joined at a center point and running equally outwards in three different directions.

Abstract: A gemstone setting that includes at least two gemstones arranged in a side-to-side configuration. The configuration forms a gemstone arrangement that has four corners. The setting also includes four posts which secure the four corners of the gemstone arrangement. The gemstone arrangement is also held in place by a support. The support supports the gemstone arrangement at a midpoint between the corners of the gemstone arrangement.
