  • Publication number: 20250093083
Abstract: Various embodiments of the teachings herein include a cold exchange system. An example includes: thermal energy exchangers connected to a refrigerant pipe system; and a control system comprising: an orifice adjusting system including a valve and an actuator, the valve comprising a flow chamber with an adjustable orifice in the pipe; a position sensor to sense a position of the adjustable orifice and/or the actuator and generate a signal indicative of the sensed position; and a controller. The orifice adjusting system adjusts the adjustable orifice in response to a control signal. The control system uses a software-wise change of a characteristic curve of the orifice adjusting system. The position sensor operates using a static measurement principle. The controller compares the signal to a set position of the adjustable orifice and generates the control signal based on the comparison.

Abstract: The present invention generally relates to systems and methods for imaging or determining nucleic acids, for instance, within cells. In some embodiments, the transcriptome of a cell may be determined. Certain embodiments are directed to determining nucleic acids, such as mRNA, within cells at relatively high resolutions. In some embodiments, a plurality of nucleic acid probes may be applied to a sample, and their binding within the sample determined, e.g., using fluorescence, to determine locations of the nucleic acid probes within the sample. In some embodiments, codewords may be based on the binding of the plurality of nucleic acid probes, and in some cases, the codewords may define an error-correcting code to reduce or prevent misidentification of the nucleic acids. In certain cases, a relatively large number of different targets may be identified using a relatively small number of labels, e.g., by using various combinatorial approaches.

  • Patent number: 12001518
Abstract: A method for predicting matching degree between a resume and a post, and a related device are provided in this disclosure. In the method for predicting the matching degree between the resume and the post, and the related device according to this disclosure, firstly the semi-structured keys and values in post information and resume information and their source are obtained. Then, the matching degree between the resume information and the post information is predicted by a prediction model including a cascaded pre-trained language model, a Transformer encoder and a single label classification model, based on the keys and values of a respective post information and resume information attribute, and corresponding source representations. Thus, by comprehensively searching internal interaction and external interaction of semi-structured multivariate attributes in person-post matching, the matching result is more accurate.
