  • Publication number: 20250212096
Abstract: Various embodiments described herein are configured to provide an augmented neighbor list during wireless network roaming. The augmented neighbor list can be formatted such that the neighbor recommendations provided to a mobile computing device during roaming include not just a single neighbor recommendation, but also a neighbor recommendation for each link associated with the mobile computing device. In this way, multi-link operations can become more efficient such that neighbor lists are augmented to add the per-link recommendations. Furthermore, one or more machine learning processes can be utilized to select the best per-link neighbor recommendation based on a series of inputs configured by the network administrator. The augmented neighbor list may also be formatted such that legacy devices may still be compatible by formatting the augmented neighbor list such that only one recommendation occurs.

  • Publication number: 20250212141
Abstract: The present disclosure describes a wireless network in which access points and devices can signal their timing capabilities. An apparatus includes one or more memories and one or more processors communicatively coupled to the one or more memories. A combination of the one or more processors determines a time value and generates a message that includes a first field and a second field. The first field uses a first set of bits to indicate seconds of the time value and a second set of bits to indicate fractions of seconds of the time value. The second field indicates an accuracy range of the determined time value. The combination of the one or more processors also wirelessly transmits the message.

  • Publication number: 20250209042
Abstract: A sequence data processing and retention method includes obtaining sequence data produced by a sequencer device. The sequence data includes genomic data of interest and metadata. The method processes the sequence data, and this processing includes separating the genomic data of interest from the metadata, and compressing the separated genomic data of interest based on a reference sequence to produce compressed genomic data The method additionally stores storing the compressed genomic data and the metadata. Optionally, based on a request, a process recovers the sequence data from the stored compressed genomic data and metadata, where the recovering includes decompressing the compressed genomic data to provide decompressed genomic data of interest as the separated genomic data of interest, and combining the decompressed genomic data of interest with the metadata to provide combined genomic data and metadata.

  • Publication number: 20250212075
Abstract: In 6G, there are multiple radios that can cover the same location at any time, and yet radio failure can occur. However, a mobile edge computing (MEC) platform can increase the footprint of adjacent radios to compensate for a failed radio. To reduce the failure interruption and maintain a quality of experience for a subscriber, the MEC can utilize a virtual session capability to communicate radio change of service characteristics to a service provider. Consequently, the change in service characteristics can comprise an expanded coverage area for adjacent radios such that a mobile device of the subscriber can take advantage of the expanded coverage area without experiencing an interruption in service.

  • Publication number: 20250212021
Abstract: Techniques for adaptive multi-AP coordination mode selection are provided. The first AP receives one or more network quality targets for a traffic flow between the first AP and a first station (STA). The first AP selects a first channel coordination mode based on the one or more network quality requirements. Responsive to the implementation of the first mode, the first AP receives performance metrics of the traffic flow under the first mode from the first STA. Upon detecting that a degradation in the performance metrics of the traffic flow, the first AP requests the first STA to monitor interference impacts on the performance metrics of the traffic flow caused by a plurality of other STAs. The first AP decides an adjustment on network configurations of the first AP.

  • Publication number: 20250209753
Abstract: Some examples of the disclosure are directed to systems and methods for facilitating interactions, including movement, of content that is shared in a multi-user communication session based on whether participants in the multi-user communication session are collocated or non-collocated. In some examples, a first electronic device presents a three-dimensional environment including a first object of a first type and a visual representation of a user of the second electronic device. In some examples, the first electronic device receives a request to move the first object. In some examples, in response, in accordance with a determination that the second electronic device is collocated with the first electronic device in a first physical environment, the first electronic device moves the first object of the first type in the three-dimensional environment in accordance with the first input, without updating presentation of the visual representation of the user of the second electronic device.
