    Abstract: An RF sealable composition and film is provided in which the composition and film includes a blend of an ethylene/alpha-olefin and an ethylene acrylate copolymer. The composition and resulting film has a dielectric loss factor of at least 0.02 and is capable of being radio frequency sealed. Films in accordance with the invention provide RF seals having peel strengths on the order of 500 g/in or greater. In a further aspect, a film is provided having at least one exterior layers that comprises a blend of an ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer and an ethylene acrylate copolymer. Suitable ethylene acrylate copolymers for use in the invention include of ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), ethylene butyl acrylate (EBA), and ethylene methyl acrylate (EMA).
