Abstract: The present invention relates to a downlink information sending method, the sending method includes: allocating a cell radio network temporary identifier (C-RNTI) and an extension identifier to first user device user device, where a combination of the extension identifier and the C-RNTI is used to identify the first user device; notifying the first user device of the C-RNTI and the extension identifier; scrambling downlink control information (DCI) of the first user device by using the C-RNTI; and sending the scrambled DCI, where the scrambled DCI carries the C-RNTI and the extension identifier, so that the first user device communicates with a network according to the DCI when determining that the notified C-RNTI and the C-RNTI in the scrambled DCI are the same and the notified extension identifier and the extension identifier carried in the DCI are the same.

Abstract: A method includes: determining, according to a measurement report of agent UE and a measurement report of UE in a UE group that are sent by the agent UE, whether the agent UE and the UE in the UE group need to be handed over; when the agent UE and at least one piece of UE in the UE group need to be handed over, sending a handover request message to a T-eNB; receiving a handover configuration message sent by the T-eNB and sending the handover configuration message to the agent UE; and receiving a context release message sent by the T-eNB, and releasing context resources of the agent UE and the to-be-handed-over UE.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a network access method and apparatus, and a network system. The method includes: receiving, by first user equipment through a wireless fidelity Wi-Fi network, account information sent by second user equipment; sending, by the first user equipment, the account information to a mobility management entity MME, so that the MME establishes, between the first user equipment and a gateway according to the account information, a dedicated bearer serving the second user equipment; and establishing, by the first user equipment, a mapping relationship between identification information of the second user equipment and the dedicated bearer after determining that the establishment of the dedicated bearer is completed, where the identification information of the second user equipment is used for distinguishing the second user equipment that accesses the first user equipment through the Wi-Fi network.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a multiple users cooperative communication (MUCC) method and system. The main idea of the present invention is as follows: through multiple users cooperative communication between APs, data to be sent to a UE by an eNB may be sent to a support AP at first, and then the support AP sends the data to the UE; and when the support AP is in a poor network environment, the eNB may send the data to other APs near the support AP, and finally forward the data to the support AP through one or more times of forwarding between other APs. The present invention has a multiuser diversity gain without increasing the complexity and power consumption of the UE; furthermore, a laying cost of wired backhaul can be reduced and reliability and transmission efficiency of MUCC can be improved.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a machine to machine service management device, a network device, a method processing service and system. An MSMC is added between an MTC server and a 3GPP network to perform service processing, and during the service processing, after a trigger receiving unit in the MSMC receives a triggering request message, a session establishing unit establishes a corresponding service session according to information of a requested group service, and a request sending and establishing unit sends a service request to a BM/SC device to establish a corresponding service session and establish a link with an MTC device. Therefore, security of a network system of the MTC application is improved.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to the communications field, and provide a radio link establishment method, apparatus, and system, which are used to save radio link overhead. The method includes: determining a first supporting user equipment UE; determining a first beneficial UE served by the first supporting UE; configuring synthesis layer information of the first supporting UE and first synthetic bearer information of the first supporting UE for the first supporting UE according to radio bearer information of the first beneficial UE; configuring synthesis layer information of the first beneficial UE for the first beneficial UE according to the radio bearer information of the first beneficial UE; and configuring synthesis layer information of the base station according to the radio bearer information of the first beneficial UE. The present invention is applicable to a scenario of communication between the UE and the base station.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a group call method, device and terminal, belonging to the field of communications technologies. The method includes: calculating, according to the load of a RAN device, the number of subgroups in a group maintained by the RAN device; and send a paging message carrying relevant information of the number of the subgroups, so that a terminal receiving the paging message determines, according to relevant information of the number of the subgroups, whether to respond to the paging message. The device is a RAN device or a CN device. The terminal includes a receiving module and a processing module. In the present invention, the number of paging groups and an in-group terminal being paged are determined dynamically without requiring a core network to maintain subgroup information, thereby greatly saving subgroup maintaining resources as well as signaling and processing resources.

Media access control MAC payloads corresponding to a plurality of user equipment (UEs) are encapsulated in one MAC packet data unit PDU, where the MAC PDU includes a header, the MAC payloads and identification information of each UE in the plurality of UEs; and the header includes a plurality of subheaders, the plurality of subheaders is subheaders respectively corresponding to a MAC payload corresponding to each UE in the plurality of UEs, the MAC payload corresponding to each UE includes a MAC control element CE and/or a MAC service data unit SDU, and the identification information is used for identifying each UE. The MAC PDU is sent. Correspondingly, a data receiving method and apparatus are also provided. In the foregoing solutions, transmission of a MAC PDU during multi-user cooperated communication is implemented.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a user equipment pairing processing method, a network side device, and a user equipment. Abstract: A method for transmitting a message, a UE and a network side device are disclosed. The method includes: receiving, by a network side device, a message reported by a first user equipment UE, where the first UE is a UE in a preset UE group; identifying the message, reported by the first UE, as an emergency message when the message carries a message identifier of the emergency message; and delivering the emergency message to another UE except the first UE in the preset UE group. After identifying a reported emergency message, a network side may immediately deliver the emergency message to each UE. Because the emergency message does not need to be uploaded to a CN and a server of a management center through the network side for delivering, a transmission delay of the emergency message is reduced, which improves a speed that the UE obtains the emergency message.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for updating system information, an access network equipment, and a user equipment. Embodiments of the present invention can avoid the problem that, in the prior art, the user equipment is unable to correctly receive updated system information in that a subframe, configured by the user equipment supporting a half duplex data transmission mode in a system information receiving window corresponding to updated system information, may include an uplink subframe, or may further include an idle subframe, thus enhancing reliability of acquiring system information and reliability of data transmission.
