Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for obtaining an Internet protocol header replacement mapping, which belong to the field of communications technologies. The method includes: obtaining, by a network node, fixed IP header information which is bound to a UE, where the network node is an MME or an eNB or a PGW or an SGW; establishing an IP header replacement mapping according to the fixed IP header information, where the IP header replacement mapping is correspondence between the fixed IP header information and an index or a bearer; and performing data transmission with the UE according to the IP header replacement mapping. In the present invention, the network node establishes the IP header replacement mapping according to the obtained fixed IP header information which is bound to the UE, the method is more flexible.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for transmitting control information. Downlink control information is categorized into common control information and dedicated control information. A physical broadcast channel is extended by dividing a common control channel domain into a plurality of narrowband sub-control channel domains by adding a position identifier. Before a connection is established, the common control information is sent, according to the position identifier, in each sub-control channel domain of the common control channel domain. After the connection is established, a sub-control channel domain with a channel state that complies with a set standard is selected, according to a channel state of each sub-control channel domain, for sending the dedicated control information.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a group call method and device. The method includes: configuring a group context for a user equipment according to channel resource information or according to network side capability information and channel resource information; sending a message carrying a group call parameter in the group context to the user equipment, where the group call parameter is used to receive a group call message and send a response; sending a group call message to the user equipment according to the group context; and receiving a response, to the group call message, sent by the user equipment according to the group call parameter.

Therefore, security of a network system of the MTC application is improved.

The device is a RAN device or a CN device. The terminal includes a receiving module and a processing module.
