  • Patent number: 10050423
Abstract: A cable-retention device assembly includes a first assembly portion and a second assembly portion. The first and second assembly portions include a platform and a plurality of assembly joints. Each assembly joint includes a nose forming a terminal end, first and second interfacing sides extending from the platform to the nose, and a tunnel running through the assembly joint from the first interfacing side to the second interfacing side. Assembly joints of the first assembly portion are sized and shaped to cooperatively interface with assembly joints of the second assembly portion, such that tunnels of each plurality of assembly joints collectively define a cable-routing channel when the first and second assembly portions are mated. A cable is routable through the cable-routing channel to prevent separation between the first and second assembly portions.

  • Patent number: 10011243
Abstract: An airbag system includes an airbag having a main portion having a first periphery. The main portion is inflatable in an inflation direction to a first thickness. An extension extends from the main portion and has a second periphery spaced from the first periphery. The extension is inflatable in the inflation direction to a second thickness. The first periphery and the second periphery define a gap therebetween. A depression is disposed between the main portion and the extension at the gap and the depression has a third thickness in the inflation direction less than the first thickness and the second thickness. The extension and the depression may receive a head of an occupant during an oblique impact, in which the head of the occupant may avoid the main portion of the airbag.

  • Publication number: 20180176816
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure describe transmitting data in wireless communications. A set of packets for transmission in a defined sequence can be received where the set of packets includes two or more packets. It can be detected that a packet, of the set of packets, is a prioritized packet type. The packet can be prioritized for transmission ahead of its order in the defined sequence based on the detection of the prioritized packet type. The packet can be transmitted ahead of its order in the defined sequence to an access point.

  • Patent number: 9876613
Abstract: A method, an apparatus, and a computer program product for transport protocol communications processing are provided. The apparatus may be an electronic device. The electronic device receives a transport protocol communications from a sender device. The electronic device generates a plurality of acknowledgments in response to the received transport protocol traffic and stores the plurality of acknowledgments at a first memory. A modem load for a modem of the electronic device is determined. The electronic device identifies the plurality of acknowledgments to identify a subset of the plurality of acknowledgments in response to the determined modem load satisfying a modem load threshold condition. The electronic device moves the subset of acknowledgments from the first memory to a second memory. The electronic device transmits the subset of acknowledgments to the sender device.
