  • Publication number: 20250020375
Abstract: A refrigerant circuit for cooling a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) unit of an air conditioning system includes a condenser for condensing refrigerant vapor. A heat sink includes a supply conduit assembly adapted to receive a first portion of a subcooled refrigerant fluid from the condenser and a discharge conduit assembly adapted to discharge a superheated refrigerant vapor to an accumulator. The subcooled refrigerant fluid transitions to the superheated refrigerant vapor upon absorbing heat from the VFD unit thermally coupled to the heat sink. The accumulator supplies the superheated refrigerant vapor to a compressor. An expansion valve expands a second portion of the condensed refrigerant fluid. An evaporator evaporates the expanded second portion of the refrigerant fluid. A compressor compresses the evaporated refrigerant vapor from the evaporator and the superheated refrigerant vapor received from the accumulator.

  • Publication number: 20240340187
Abstract: An onboarding request is received from a user to utilize a recommendation service. The onboarding request contains personal data (including an onboarding user identifier and a serial number requesting a stated number of credits), encrypted with a commuting function C, along with clear text account details. A blind trust is established with the user, and the recommendation service signs the onboarding request with a signing function S and sends the signed onboarding request to the user to perform a blind onboarding of the user. A consumption request is then received (e.g., a call to get recommendations) from the user including a consumption user identifier and an approved credits document. The recommendation service can then update a user-item matrix that maps user identifiers with available items and transmit an item recommendation to the user, based on the user-item matrix, and expire the approved credits document by a consumption amount.

  • Patent number: 12112333
Abstract: A secure authentication system, computer program recording medium and method enable secure transaction with authentication to eradicate fraud. A customer is authenticated via a customer application executed on a communication device. A customer-paced communication session is enabled between the customer application and a transaction system via a network connection. A customer continuity factor is monitored in maintaining the communication session. In response to receiving a customer request via the customer application, a level of trust in current authentication of the customer is determined based on the user continuity factor. In response to the level of trust being below a trust threshold, the customer is directed via the customer application to provide a customer request comprising a customer-supplied image having a specified contextual element. The communication session is re-authenticated to process the user input by the transaction system based on verification of the received user-supplied image.

  • Publication number: 20240276306
Abstract: A multi-protocol wireless communications system uses prioritization of isochronous streams to increase the reliability and improve bandwidth utilization. Placement of subevents in an isochronous interval according to link quality reduces fragmentation of the isochronous interval. A method for multi-protocol communications between wireless communications devices using a wireless communications interface includes placing in an isochronous group event, by a first wireless communications device, at least one subevent for each isochronous stream of a plurality of isochronous streams of an isochronous group based on a historical retransmission rate for each isochronous stream of the plurality of isochronous streams. The method may include counting retransmissions for each isochronous stream of the plurality of isochronous streams to thereby determine the historical retransmission rate for each isochronous stream of the plurality of isochronous streams.

  • Publication number: 20240260102
Abstract: An isochronous channel extension technique transmits asynchronous data using an isochronous channel to reduce or eliminate latency of asynchronous data transfers when asynchronous events and isochronous events with the same peer conflict. A method includes transmitting by a first device, a first data stream using a first channel and a second data stream using a second channel. The first channel has a first interval of first connection events and the second channel has a second interval of second connection events. The first connection events include a first conflicting connection event conflicting with a second conflicting connection event of the second connection events. A first packet of the first data stream associated with the first conflicting connection event is transmitted in the first conflicting connection event and a second packet of the second channel associated with the second conflicting connection event is transmitted in the first conflicting connection event.
