  • Patent number: 5727696
Abstract: A display holder, which conveniently presents a supply of business cards for individual distribution, is formed of a unitary extrusion of transparent semi-rigid thermoplastic material. The extrusion defines a channel having open sides and an open top, and a bottom for supporting the business cards. A resilient finger, also extruded with the channel, is attached to the back and has a card-supporting edge sprung toward the front which forms a display face. The finger is attached to the back with a connection sufficiently resilient to allow insertion of a full stack of business cards in the holder, while retaining sufficient flexibility to continue to bias the cards against the face of the holder, even when the supply of cards is depleted to as few as one.

  • Patent number: 5535895
Abstract: A display unit includes a rotor and a scanner ring which slip onto the upper end portion of a cylindrical pole and which are rotatably supported on the pole. The rotor supports radially extending hangers for displaying articles of merchandise. The scanner ring carries decorative or information labels such as UPC identification and pricing labels corresponding to the merchandise on the hangers. The scanner ring is located above the hangers so that the labels remain visible as merchandise is added to or removed from the hangers. Additionally, the scanner ring interlocks with the top of the rotor for rotation with the rotor so as to permit the labels to remain aligned relative to the hangers as the display unit is rotated on the pole.

  • Patent number: 5531417
Abstract: A wire loop hook for displaying merchandise includes a rounded nose which supports a label holder in a downwardly and forwardly inclined position such that the top surface of the holder faces upwardly and forwardly and serves as a mounting surface for a merchandise identification label. In one embodiment, the nose of the loop hook itself is inclined downwardly and forwardly so as to enable use of a label holder of extremely simple construction. In another version, the loop hook is of conventional design with a generally horizontally extending nose while the label holder includes angled mounting and label holding portions to enable the holder to be attached to the generally horizontal nose with the label holding portion inclined downwardly and forwardly from the nose.

  • Patent number: 5339967
Abstract: A strip merchandiser with a horizontal mounting portion adapted to overlie a shelf in order to suspend an item-supporting portion vertically in front of the shelf. Two transversely spaced anchors project downwardly from the mounting portion and interlock releasably with two transversely spaced holes in the shelf to provide a secure and stable attachment of the merchandiser to the shelf. A pair of wings folded inwardly from the mounting portion engages the front of the shelf to hold the item-supporting portion of the merchandiser in forwardly spaced relation from the shelf.
