Abstract: A fascia and soffit system having a fascia component, a soffit component and a soffit support structure, the fascia component comprising first and second members which are adjustable with respect to each other to permit different heights, the soffit having a plurality of apertures formed therein to permit air passage, the soffit support structure comprising first and second members which are retained in position by an interlocking system.

Abstract: A corner piece for a gutter having a gutter guard, the corner piece comprising first and second members each having first and second longitudinally extending sides and first and second ends with a central apertured portion between respective ones of said first and second sides. The attachment means secure the first and second members together adjacent a corner such that they can pivot with respect to each other from a first position wherein the sides of each of the first and second members are substantially longitudinally aligned and a second position wherein the longitudinally extending sides are substantially perpendicular with respect to each other. The corner piece can be preformed and installed on site.

Abstract: The support structure for a soffit which comprises a first member having a central vertical section with a support element extending outwardly from a lower portion thereof and the retaining structure located proximate an upper end of the central vertical section, a second member having a central section adapted to lie adjacent the central section of the first member with the second member having engaging means located at a lower portion thereof designed to engage the support element of the first member and the second member having a second portion extending upwardly and outwardly to abut a soffit, the arrangement being such that the second member central section is retained between the retaining structure of the first member and the support element of the first member. This provides an arrangement wherein the soffit is supported without any outwardly visible attaching beams.

The device is suitable for many different sizes of gutters.

Abstract: A facia system for use in a building structure, the facia system having first and second members, a first member having a portion thereof secured to a roof and a drip edge, a second portion being adapted to extend generally vertically and having first cooperative locking section associated therewith, the second member being a facia member which has second cooperative locking arrangement at an upper portion thereof such that when the first and second cooperative locking portions hold the facia member in position, the second member also having an inwardly extending flange arrangement to abut and adjoining soffit.

Abstract: A soffit structure which is a sheet member having an upper surface and bottom surface with a plurality of channels formed in the sheet members, the channels extending inwardly from the bottom surface and being defined by at least a pair of opposed side walls, with apertures formed in the side walls. The side walls are preferably angled slightly to provide a greater degree of protection for the apertures formed therein.

Abstract: A device for protecting an eaves trough wherein the eaves trough has an arcuate generally U-shaped cross sectional profile, the device comprising a guard member having an elongated configuration with a generally planar central portion and first and second longitudinally extending sides on either side of the generally planar central portion, a plurality of apertures extending through the generally planar central portion, the first side of the guard member having a concave section designed to abut a rolled section of the eaves trough, and a second side of the guard member having an upwardly extending wall segment designed to abut a rear portion of the eaves trough. The device and eaves trough may be secured by placing a fastening member through the rear upper wall of the eaves trough and a second side of the guard member.
