  • Patent number: 9356422
Abstract: An improved scribe etch process for semiconductor laser chip manufacturing is provided. A method to etch a scribe line on a semiconductor wafer generally includes: applying a mask layer to a surface of the wafer; photolithographically opening a window in the mask layer along the scribe line; etching a trench in the wafer using a chemical etchant that operates on the wafer through the window opening, wherein the chemical etchant selectively etches through crystal planes of the wafer to generate a V-groove profile associated with the trench; and cleaving the wafer along the etched trench associated with the scribe line through application of a force to one or more regions of the wafer.

  • Publication number: 20060038368
Abstract: A sunshade device for a stroller includes two connecting mechanisms, a first support bracket, and a second support bracket. Each of the two connecting mechanisms includes a support member, a first pivot member, and a second pivot member. Thus, the first pivot member and the second pivot member are spaced from each other and are mounted on different sides of the support member, so that when the sunshade device is folded, the first support bracket is spaced from the second support bracket with a determined distance, thereby preventing a user's finger from being clamped and hurt by the first support bracket and the second support bracket so as to protect the user's safety.

  • Patent number: 6510569
Abstract: The present invention “Double locks for the chassis of game-bed” includes two locks on the center of the chassis of game-bed. The edges of double locks are connected to the vertical stands of game-bed via several pillars. When the bars inside the second cylinders stretch out, the chassis is locked. So, the game-bed cannot be folded if kids carelessly try to fold it; and thus the kids are safe. When users pull the handle of double locks, the bar will be forced to contract. Then, user may fold the game-bed for storage, thereby save space. The present invention promotes safety for the game-bed, is easy to use, and is a highly practical device.

  • Publication number: 20020138900
Abstract: The present invention “safety device for baby's game-bed” includes a safety device installed between the stand and the joint of the game-bed. The safety device consists of a pressure-board and the elastic components installed inside the stands. When the pressure-board is not pressed, the projecting blocking-object of the elastic component forces the stand and the joint to lock together. When user presses the pressure-board, the stand bends against the joint. The safety device of present invention is designed to prevent babies from folding the game-beds carelessly, thereby prevents accidents from happening and upgrades safety for babies.

  • Patent number: 6189660
Abstract: A ratchet wheel device for a baby walker provided on the bottom surface of a chassis of the baby walker, it is comprised of a wheel rim, two transmitting gears, a transmitting member and a cover. The wheel rim is provided therein with a receiving chamber. The two transmitting gears are mounted on both sides of the receiving chamber and can fitly move therein and can be stopped by two stop portions in the receiving chamber. The transmitting member is provided in the receiving chamber and fixed on the chassis of the baby walker. A plurality of engaging teeth are provided thereon to engage with the transmitting gears. When the wheel rim is rotated to a specified direction, the two transmitting gears will not interact with the stop portions. While when it is rotated in the contrary direction, the two transmitting gears will be engaged by the transmitting member to be stopped by the stop portions and to limit rotation of the wheel rim.

  • Patent number: 6152539
Abstract: A fixing device for wheel seats of a baby stroller engaged and fixed each with/on one of the wheel seats, it has a fixing rod secured on the bottom of a foot. The fixing rod has one of its ends protruded down and out from a pipe mouth of the foot, the end is provided at least with a transverse slot. More than one push buttons are provided respectively in the transverse slots of the fixing rod and are displaceable transversely in the transverse slots. An elastic member is received in receiving holes on the push buttons. When the two push buttons are transversely pushed in the transverse slots, they are endued with elastic restoring function. When the foot with the fixing device thereon is extended in the axle hole of the wheel seat, the push buttons are appropriately pushed outwardly by the elastic member to have the bottom of the wheel seat limited by the push buttons from dropping. Assembling and dismantling of the wheel seats are very convenient.

  • Patent number: 5957544
Abstract: A fixing device for a wheel of a baby stroller utilizes an axle hole of the wheel formed to receive a rotation axle provided with a recessed neck. The device includes a sleeve provided in the axle hole of the wheel with a receiving chamber. The sleeve includes a pipe to receive the rotation axle. A spring loaded push button is also provided in the receiving chamber. When the push button is pushed down to force positioning rods to slide in inclined slots of the push button, the positioning rods exit a recessed neck of the pipe, and the wheel can be removed from the rotation axle. The device allows fast assembly and disassembly of the wheels so that a customer can maintain and change the wheels by himself. The device also allows the reduction of volume for packaging to increase shipping capability.

  • Patent number: 5590892
Abstract: A carriage for babies to learn to walk includes an upper plate, a bedrock and supporting poles. It can slide on the ground freely. Brake and slide-resisting equipment have been installed in both sides of the bedrock. The brake and slide-resisting equipment comprises a shaft, a cylinder, and a slide-resisting plate. The shaft enables the slide-resisting plate to move freely in the cylinder. Moreover, the shaft can reach the ground and become fixed. The use of a brake and slide-resisting equipment on one side makes the carriage revolve around the slide-resisting plate shaft.

  • Patent number: 5586622
Abstract: This invention is a brake for a baby's walker. The brake's friction with the floor is increased by a slide-resisting piece attached to the braking support. It prevents the walker from sliding when the brake is against the ground. The supporting pole of the brake is extended in and out by a spring and slide mechanism. The spring and slide mechanism is located within a revolving casing. A horizontal piece on the slide is adapted to smoothly traverse the inner periphery of the casing along a helical guide. The guide forces the slide, and the brake attached to it, to move up and down as a revolving switch is turned. The guide also has a locking portion to hold the slide, and the brake, in extended position.
