  • Patent number: 11952873
Abstract: A washpipe free feature may include a housing defining a chamber having a bypass portion and a securing portion. The housing has first and second bores to put the bypass portion in fluid communication with an annulus of a wellbore and a central bore of a downhole tubular, respectively. Further, the washpipe free feature includes a magnet secured in the bypass portion, a ferromagnetic ball disposed within the bypass portion, and a piston disposed within the chamber. A distal end of the piston blocks the ball from contacting the magnet in a run-in position such that the ball may plug the first bore in response to fluid flow from the tubular toward the annulus. Additionally, the piston is slideable to an open position such that the magnet may hold the ball out of a flow path between the first bore and the second bore in the bypass portion.

  • Patent number: 11941016
Abstract: Specified performance attributes may be used to configure machine learning transformations for ETL jobs. Performance attributes for a machine learning pipeline that applies a model to as part of a transformation for an ETL job may be used to configure a parameter in a stage of the machine learning pipeline. The configured stage may then be used when training the model. The trained machine learning pipeline may then be applied as part of a transformation operation included in an ETL job performed by the ETL system.

  • Patent number: 11936529
Abstract: Embodiments include systems and methods for managing a network of nodes with delta processing. A network with a plurality of connected nodes can be stored, the nodes representing entities of the network. One or more deltas to the network that indicate updates to the connections among the plurality of nodes can be received. The deltas can be added to a queue. The connections between the nodes of the network can be updated using a delta from the queue. The network can be processed after updating the connections between the nodes to generate a vector for a given node. One or more paths for the given node can be identified based on the generated vector.

  • Publication number: 20240089731
Abstract: Rotation of a wireless client device address is based on an encryption key and a nonce value. Key information and nonce value information are shared between a wireless client device and a network infrastructure component over a secure communication channel. The wireless client device encrypts the nonce value using the key information and encodes the encrypted value as a device address. The wireless client device then identifies itself via a source address value in a message transmitted over a wireless network. Upon receiving the message, the network infrastructure component decrypts information derived from the source address value and compares the resulting data to the nonce value. If a match is identified, the network infrastructure identifies the wireless client device as a source of the message. In some embodiments, the nonce value is updated with each rotation to provide for improved entropy of generated device addresses.

  • Publication number: 20240087463
Abstract: A computer-implemented method and system for identifying an object in an area of interest. The area of interest is enclosed by a boundary comprising a plurality of line segments extending between vertex points. A reference point relative to the area of interest and a reference direction from the reference point are determined and used to determine a vertex angle of each vertex point. The reference point and reference direction also are used to determine an object angle of the object from location information identifying a location of the object. The object angle and the vertex angles are used to identify a number of line segment crossings in the plurality of line segments. An indicator is generated to indicate whether the object is in the area of interest based on the number of line segment crossings.

  • Patent number: 11924169
Abstract: Systems and techniques provide activity monitoring and selective obfuscation of various fields or categories of information included in traffic between servers providing services and end-user devices accessing such services. The selective obfuscation may account for a user's role and one or more levels of authorization or permission assigned to such a role. More generally, the disclosed techniques provide the ability to selectively restrict end-user access to data included in server responses, such that desired portions of the data are not accessible while other portions of the data are still accessible. An administrator tool may configure the permissions and rules used to decide whether traffic to or from a particular server or service should be selectively obfuscated; and if so, how that traffic should be selectively obfuscated.

  • Publication number: 20240070548
Abstract: Systems and methods for preventing machine learning models from negatively affecting mobile devices are provided. For example, a mobile device including a camera, memory devices, and one or more processors are provided. In some embodiments, the processors may be configured to provide images captured by the camera to a machine learning model at a first rate. The processors may also be configured to determine whether one or more of the images includes an object. If one or more of the images includes the object, the processors may be further configured to adjust the first rate of providing the images to the machine learning model to a second rate, and in some embodiments, determine whether to adjust the second rate of providing the images to the machine learning model to a third rate based on output received from the machine learning model.
