  • Patent number: 10069624
Abstract: A satellite system comprises first and second devices, one of the first and second devices being a satellite and the other one of the first and second devices being a device arranged to send signals to the satellite. A session key can be distributed in the satellite system by obtaining the session key at the first device, protecting the session key at the first device, based on a private key of the first device and a public key of the second device, and transmitting the protected session key from the first device to the second device. Replay detection information can be transmitted with the protected session key, for determining whether the session key has been transmitted previously.

  • Patent number: 9930627
Abstract: A method for executing a network command using synchronized timers. The method includes obtaining, by a first device, a first current time value from a first timer of the first device, determining, by the first device, a time-to-execute value based on the first current time value, sending, from the first device to a second device, a first network command message including the network command and the time-to-execute value, repetitively obtaining, by the second device, a second current time value from a second timer of the second device, comparing, by the second device and in response to receiving the first network command message, the second current time value to the time-to-execute value extracted from the first network command message, and executing, by the second device and in response to the second current time value matching the time-to-execute value, the network command, wherein the first timer and the second timer are synchronized.

  • Publication number: 20160056957
Abstract: A satellite system comprises first and second devices, one of the first and second devices being a satellite and the other one of the first and second devices being a device arranged to send signals to the satellite and/or receive signals from the satellite. A session key can be distributed in the satellite system by obtaining the session key at the first device, protecting the session key at the first device, based on a private key of the first device and a public key of the second device, and transmitting the protected session key from the first device to the second device. The second device can receive the protected session key from the first device and obtain the session key from the protected session key based on a public key of the first device and a private key of the second device. Replay detection information can be transmitted with the protected session key, for determining whether the session key has been transmitted previously.

  • Publication number: 20070252384
Abstract: A high pressure hydraulic fitting (300) includes a body (302) having a central passage (322), a channel (304), a threaded section (314), and an extension section (310), wherein the threaded section (314) is disposed between the channel (304) and the extension section (314), and wherein the central passage (322) fluidly connects a first distal end (303) with a second distal end (316) of the body (302). A first o-ring (306) is in the channel (304). A locking nut (324) is engaged to the body (302). The locking nut (324) has an internal threaded section (326) that is arranged to mate with the threaded section (314) on the body (302).
