  • Publication number: 20030155796
Abstract: A cover for temporarily protecting a vehicle seat that has a seat back and a seat bottom. The cover includes a pouch portion adapted to be disposed over a portion of the seat back, and a pocket adapted to receive a floor mat. Alternatively, the cover can include an extension portion adapted to be disposed over a portion of the seat bottom with a pocket adapted to receive a floor mat. A method of transporting a vehicle seat and floor mat to a vehicle assembly plant is also disclosed. The method includes the steps of providing a vehicle seat, providing a floor mat, packaging the vehicle seat and floor mat as a single unit defining a seat assembly, and transporting the seat assembly to a vehicle assembly plant.

  • Patent number: 6565344
Abstract: A melt spinning apparatus including a spinpack with a die tip block having a recess with a converging portion, such as an angled trough, which terminates in a row of filament discharge outlets. The recess selectively receives a configuration insert, such as a side-by-side insert or a sheath-core insert, that separates the converging portion of the recess into two sheets of liquid that combine at the filament discharge outlets. The spinpack may be configured by inserting either of the inserts to produce filaments having different cross sectional configurations of two different materials. Separation of the two liquids prevents premature interaction between the two liquid flows which minimizes instabilities between the liquid flow interface. The minimization of these instabilities can result in less formation of shot and improve other significant finished product properties. In addition, each type of liquid material may be maintained at an optimum temperature for proper extrusion.

  • Publication number: 20030085493
Abstract: An air handler for collecting air discharged from a melt spinning apparatus. The air handler includes an outer housing having walls defining a first interior space. One of the walls has an intake opening for receiving the discharge air. Another wall has an exhaust opening for discharging the air. The intake opening is in fluid communication with the first interior space. An inner housing is positioned within the first interior space and has walls defining a second interior space. At least one of the walls of the inner housing has an opening. The first interior space communicates with the second interior space through the opening. The second interior space is in fluid communication with the exhaust opening.

  • Publication number: 20030011641
Abstract: A graphical toolbar user interface is rendered and has one or more menu items. Each menu item has one or more visual identifier to distinguish the menu item from other of the menu items. At least one menu item has one or more submenu items. The submenu item has one or more visual identifiers of the corresponding menu item to distinguish the submenu item from submenu items corresponding to other of the menu items.

  • Patent number: 5850885
Abstract: A new game and apparatus for playing the game are disclosed. The game involves throwing darts onto specially designed dart board. The board is subdivided into different targets each having a number of point areas. Each target is associated with a specific player although only the player knows the identity of his or her target. During the game, players take turns throwing darts at the targets. When a dart lands on a target's point area, the points are scored against that target. When a target's score reaches or exceeds a set elimination value, the player associated with that target is eliminated from the game. Further, during the game, a player may identify his or her target after their score exceeds a set 'FESSUP.TM. value. After identifying one's own target, the player can deduct points from his or her score by landing darts in his or her own target point areas.
