  • Patent number: 12185078
Abstract: Systems and method are disclosed for facilitating efficient calibration of filters for correcting room and/or speaker-based distortion and/or binaural imbalances in audio reproduction, and/or for producing three-dimensional sound in stereo system environments. According to some embodiments, using a portable device such as a smartphone or tablet, a user can calibrate speakers by initiating playback of a test signal, detecting playback of the test signal with the portable device's microphone, and repeating this process for a number of speakers and/or device positions (e.g., next to each of the user's ears). A comparison can be made between the test signal and the detected signal, and this can be used to more precisely calibrate rendering of future signals by the speakers.

  • Publication number: 20240394593
Abstract: Systems and methods disclosed herein relate to fine-tuning machine learning (ML) chatbots for an enterprise. The systems and methods may use ML chatbots and/or generative ML to provide information to a user based upon the user's interaction at a portal of an enterprise. The systems and methods may fine-tune a base ML model, and use the fine-tuned ML model for the ML chatbot. The user's interactions may be classified as a type of user activity. A fine-tuned ML model may be loaded as the ML chatbot based upon the type of user activity.

Abstract: Systems and methods disclosed herein relate to fine-tuning machine learning (ML) chatbots for an enterprise. The systems and methods may use ML chatbots and/or generative ML to provide information to a user in a manner emulating the traits of a person. The systems and methods may fine-tune a base ML model, and use the fine-tuned ML model for the ML chatbot. The user may indicate a person associated with the fine-tuned ML model, and the fine-tuned ML model associated with the person may be loaded for the ML chatbot.

  • Patent number: 12131411
Abstract: The present invention seeks to reduce the burden of producing high-resolution tomograms by using an initial scan on a predetermined grid 10 to obtain a minimal set of images, and then regions of interest 20 are identified for further scanning. The further scanning locations 40 are determined by image entropy or gradient found in the previous iteration; such regions are indicative of edges, cracks or complex structure within the region. After each iteration, the level of information (e.g. image entropy or gradient) will decrease relative to the pixel/voxel size. In this way, a more efficient way to scan is achieved.

  • Publication number: 20240298298
Abstract: A method is described for allocating a frequency resource, from a set E of frequency resources, to at least one terminal positioned in a region of a cell belonging to a cellular network. The method includes, after the terminal sends a request for allocation of a frequency resource, identifying the cell and the region which are associated with said at least one terminal, verifying the availability of at least one frequency resource in a table comprising values respectively associated with the resources of the set E, and if at least one frequency resource is available, executing a reinforcement learning algorithm based on the value or values associated with said at least one available frequency resource, so as to select a resource for said at least one terminal.

  • Publication number: 20240017196
Abstract: A filter element includes a media pack and a support body. The media pack may be arranged in an enclosed shape defining a central cavity. The media pack includes a formed filter media and an abrasion resistant barrier coupled to the formed filter media. The support body is disposed within the central cavity. The abrasion resistant barrier separates the media pack from the support body. In some instances, the media pack also includes a plurality of adhesive beads disposed between the abrasion resistant barrier and the formed filter media and coupling the abrasion resistant barrier to the formed filter media.

  • Patent number: 10594054
Abstract: A wedge connector system for connecting first and second elongate electrical conductors includes a C-shaped sleeve member, a wedge member and a locking mechanism. The sleeve member defines a sleeve cavity and opposed first and second sleeve channels on either side of the sleeve cavity. The wedge member includes a wedge body having first and second opposed wedge side walls. The locking mechanism includes a lock member including a sleeve engagement portion, and a clamping mechanism coupled to the wedge member. The sleeve member and the wedge member are configured to capture the first and second conductors such that the first conductor is received in the first sleeve channel between the sleeve member and the first wedge side wall and the second conductor is received in the second sleeve channel between the sleeve member and the second wedge side wall.
