  • Patent number: 7835112
Abstract: An integrated lead flexure for a disk drive head suspension and method for making the flexure. The flexure includes a spring metal layer, a dielectric layer over the spring metal layer, and a plurality of conductive leads on the dielectric layer. The spring metal layer has a first surface, and the dielectric layer has a first surface opposite the spring metal layer first surface, and a plurality of troughs in least a portion of the dielectric layer. At least some of the leads are disposed in a respective dielectric layer trough.

  • Publication number: 20080060975
Abstract: A display package having a housing containing a plurality of slidably engaged trays that are selectively extended from or retracted into the housing by a linkage assembly comprising a rotatable drive wheel, and a plurality of drive arms each rotatably connected to the drive wheel and to an associated tray through an elongated guide slot in a divider adjacent to each drive arm, the elongated guide slot being generally parallel to the direction in which extension or retraction of the associated tray is desired, with the length of the elongated guide slot limiting the rotation of the drive wheel.

  • Publication number: 20080011637
Abstract: A tamper-resistant plastic package having a plastic sleeve with at least one open end into which a product carrier tray, also made of plastic, can be inserted into sliding and interlocking engagement with the sleeve. The sleeve desirably comprises a continuous side wall having sufficient length and cross-sectional area to receive the product carrier tray into sliding engagement therewith. The product carrier tray is preferably thermoformed from another plastic sheet made of the same or a different plastic material. The plastic sheets used to make the sleeve and product carrier tray each preferably further comprise one or more structural elements, as described in greater detail below, that cooperate to provide a mechanical interlock when the product carrier tray is fully inserted into the sleeve.

  • Publication number: 20070281134
Abstract: Articles formed at least in part from a rigid plastic substrate having a holographic image embossed on a coated surface section thereof by impressing a corresponding holographic image disposed repeatedly on a continuous roll of film against a UV-curable coating applied to at least one surface portion of the plastic substrate with simultaneous curing of the coating to solidify the image. Packages, package components, signage, printed materials and the like embodying rigid plastic substrates with the embossed holographic images are disclosed.
