  • Publication number: 20250230491
Abstract: The invention relates to methods of in situ detection of a nucleic acid variation of a target nucleic acid in a sample, including single nucleotide variations, multi-nucleotide variations or splice sites. The method can comprise the steps of contacting the sample with a probe that detects the nucleic acid variation or splice site and a neighbor probe; contacting the sample with pre-amplifiers that bind to the nucleic acid variation probe or splice site probe and neighbor probe, respectively; contacting the sample with a collaboration amplifier that binds to the pre-amplifiers; and contacting the sample with a label probe system, wherein hybridization of the components forms a signal generating complex (SGC) comprising a target nucleic acid with the nucleic acid variation or splice site, the probes and amplifiers; and detecting in situ signal from the SGC on the sample.

  • Publication number: 20250234305
Abstract: This disclosure provides methods, devices, and systems for wireless communications. The present implementations more specifically relate to reducing the power consumption of radio frequency (RF) power amplifiers without sacrificing power efficiency. In some aspects, an RF transmitter may include a signal generator, a power amplifier, and a duty cycle controller. The signal generator is configured to produce one or more RF signals based on a modulation scheme, and the power amplifier is configured to amplify the one or more RF signals for transmission over a wireless communication channel. In some implementations, the duty cycle controller may adjust a duty cycle of each RF signal based on data to be transmitted according to the modulation scheme. By changing the duty cycle of the RF signal, the duty cycle controller may toggle the output power of the power amplifier and thus modulate the amplitude of the output waveform to carry the data.

  • Publication number: 20250229639
Abstract: A Smart Electric Vehicle (SEV) which works by free clean energy provided it by Smart Wind Generator (SWG) which depends completely on wind energy, with using a small fan, to produce the wanted power under the impact of the wind speed power as the opposite power of Electric Vehicle Speed (EVS) on the road, to keep Electric Vehicle's Batteries (EVBs), on a good charging, without needing of electric grid. This SWG is configured to be a small generator (about 3.5 kg) with light and small fan, to generate the wanted power as a self-charger for SEV. This SWG is never used as an assistant charger, but it is the entire tool that will be used to convert the old system of charging electric vehicle to a self-charging system. Also, this invention is very simple, very easy to manufacture and to install in the SEVs, as a self-charger.

  • Publication number: 20250228578
Abstract: Described herein are low-profile electrodes for use with an angioplasty shockwave catheter. A low-profile electrode assembly may have an inner electrode, an insulating layer disposed over the inner electrode such that an opening in the insulating layer is aligned with the inner electrode, and an outer electrode sheath disposed over the insulating layer such that an opening in the outer electrode sheath is coaxially aligned with the opening in the insulating layer. This layered configuration allows for the generation of shockwaves that propagate outward from the side of the catheter. In some variations, the electrode assembly has a second inner electrode, and the insulating layer and outer electrode may each have a second opening that are coaxially aligned with the second inner electrode. An angioplasty shockwave catheter may have a plurality of such low-profile electrode assemblies along its length to break up calcified plaques along a length of a vessel.

  • Patent number: 12356896
Abstract: A system and method for controlling a wrapping process of a round bale is disclosed. The round bale rotates in a bale chamber of a round baler with elastic wrapping material being removed from a supply roller using a tensioning device and guided during the wrapping process by at least one guide roller. The round bale is wrapped with the wrapping material pretensioned by the tensioning device with an adjustable wrapping tension predetermined by the control unit. A sensor assembly may sense the actual value for a force resulting from the wrapping tension, which is compared with a target value for the force resulting from the wrapping tension, which is determined during the performance of at least one preceding wrapping operation and specific to the wrapping material. The control unit controls the tensioning device depending on the deviation determined by the comparison of the actual value and the target value.
