Abstract: The present disclosure provides for systems/designs for a multi-purpose, dual strap and belt system that facilitates ready access to a variety of attachments. A multi-purpose, dual strap and belt system that includes attachments features for releasably securing tools or accessories to the dual strap and belt system is disclosed. The multi-purpose, dual strap and belt system has particular application for outdoors-related activities, e.g., fishing, hunting, hiking, climbing or the like. The present disclosure provides for systems/designs for a strap for a transporting device that can also function as a belt for outdoors-related activities, where the multi-purpose, dual strap and belt system/design includes attachment features for releasably securing tools or accessories to the dual strap and belt system/design, and where the tools or accessories are readily accessible to the activity participant.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides for systems/designs for an advantageous fishing garment that facilitates ready access to fish fighting articles or gear. A fishing garment design that includes attachment features for releasably securing fish fighting articles or gear to the fishing garment design is disclosed. The present disclosure provides for a fishing garment design that includes attachment features for releasably securing fish fighting articles or gear to the fishing garment design, and where the fish fighting articles or gear are easily adjusted by the user once the fighting articles or gear are secured onto the fishing garment design. The disclosed fishing garment design is particularly adapted for use in connection with big-game fishing, e.g., sportfishing, salt and freshwater offshore fishing, billfish fishing, tuna fishing, sharkfishing or the like.

Abstract: Garment designs are provided that facilitate ready access to a knife. The garments are particularly adapted for wear and use in connection with outdoor-related activities, e.g., fishing, hiking, climbing and the like. Ready access to the knife is facilitated by a releasable pocket flap that retains and covers the knife, while permitting instantaneous access and removal of such knife therefrom. The pocket flap is secured with respect to a garment surface along at least one edge of the flap. However, the pocket flap is not secured with respect to the garment surface along the lower edge thereof which features a releasable engagement mechanism, e.g., hook-and-loop fastener elements. The releasable engagement mechanism secures the knife below the pocket flap until needed and permits ready removal of the knife through a substantially downward motion relative to the pocket flap, thereby disengaging the releasable engagement mechanism and allowing withdrawal of the knife therefrom.
