  • Patent number: 10586230
Abstract: One embodiment of the present disclosure provides a system and associated processes for sharing cardholder data (CHD) between a merchant that utilizes tokenization and a second merchant that may or may not utilize tokenization. In one embodiment, the merchant, or an employee of the merchant, can use the system and associated processes to reacquire CHD from a tokenization provider system. In one embodiment, the merchant identifies to the tokenization provider system a desire to share CHD, which is associated with a token, with a second merchant. The merchant and/or the tokenization provider system can then invite the second merchant to register with the tokenization provider system. Once registered with the tokenization provider system, the second merchant can access any CHD that the merchant associated with the second merchant.

  • Patent number: 10539096
Abstract: The present invention is a system to utilize slow burning fuels that contain ash with a piston that is utilized as a compressor and an expander, a pair of combustion chambers, an ash bin with a pathway on each side of the ash bin and a cylinder that houses the piston that is integral to the y-shaped pathway and produces gases that are produced by the piston emitted from the cylinder as well as a connecting rod and a crank shaft. The combustion chambers can be cone-shaped and have one or more fan blades that are made of a nonconductive material and have a positive charge. The present invention also creates a rotating body in a single combustion chamber that provides heat energy for evaporation of water and initiation of ignition of fuels that contain more than 5% water that can be connected to an ash bin to expel ash.

  • Publication number: 20200012623
Abstract: Embodiments of systems and methods as disclosed may provide a platform agnostic way to edit content within an enterprise. For example, a platform independent thin client editor may be provided such that this editor can be accessed by users at a variety of computing platforms across the distributed computer network of an enterprise, regardless of the platform from which the thin client editor is being accessed. Moreover, certain embodiments may provide a role based mechanism for controlling the editing of content. Embodiments of such a role based mechanism may allow one editor of a content item to designate a role associated with the content item so that only users associated with that role may be allowed to edit the content item or portion of the content item.

  • Publication number: 20190353545
Abstract: Submersible transducer includes a transducer housing configured to be submerged within an aqueous liquid and a pressure sensor operable to obtain data for determining a pressure of the aqueous liquid. The pressure sensor may be disposed within the transducer housing. The submersible transducer also includes a submersible cable having an electrical conductor and a venting tube operably coupled to the pressure sensor. The pressure sensor uses an atmospheric pressure of an external environment that is detected through the venting tube to determine the pressure of the aqueous liquid. The submersible cable also includes a cable jacket and an inner layer that is surrounded by the cable jacket. The inner layer surrounds the electrical conductor and the venting tube. The inner layer includes a non-hygroscopic polymer that is more resistant to absorbing the aqueous liquid than the cable jacket.

  • Publication number: 20190325673
Abstract: A physical access control system enables acceptable portal entry codes upon receiving each physical access request by operating on the elapsed time from a previous physical access request to generate a temporal credential. The controller receives a plurality of physical access requests from a plurality of mobile application devices. Upon authenticating the first access request, the controller eliminates repetition from the space of acceptable successor requests from each mobile application device. Monotonic nonces advance the range of temporal code matches. Entry code generation is decentralized to distributed application devices and is inherently unknowable until a successor access request is initiated by the same application device.

  • Publication number: 20190297089
Abstract: For each area of a service subscriber, an occupancy control server maintains an access control list and a census of authorized occupants within the area. The server receives a query from a mobile security device, checks for access control permission, and transmits an updated census of authorized occupants to each authorized occupant in the area. Each occupant transmits its identification indicia and responds to requests. Each occupant demands an encrypted credential from a responding mobile security device not found in the most recently updated list and relays it to the occupancy control server for validation.

  • Publication number: 20190295343
Abstract: A physical access control system triggers an alert when cameras or sensors determine an action e.g. entry into or occupancy of a reserved region. The system may caution the pilgrim to present a credential or affirm proper attire and safety equipage upon entry into the penumbra of the reserved region. Within the penumbra, a pilgrim may preempt the access control challenge or alert by presenting his credential or by signally his intention to enter the reserved region. A surveillance and security system records all entries and occupancy of reserved areas but suppresses alarms and alerts on the condition that a credential bearer is within the geo-fenced region. A reserved area has both umbra and penumbra regions with various effects of entry, occupancy, and presentation of credentials. Alerts can be preempted in the penumbra and unfaulted in the umbra by presentation of a credential.
