The operator includes a handle and a spring. The handle is configured for pivotal connection to the arm and has a housing defining a cavity. The housing has a first protrusion extending into the cavity and a second protrusion extending into the cavity, the second protrusion being spaced from the first protrusion. The spring is positioned within the cavity and between the first protrusion and the second protrusion. The handle is movable between a closed position, an open position, and an intermediate position defined between the closed position and the open position.
