  • Publication number: 20210134939
Abstract: A method of fabricating an integrated circuit (IC) includes forming a dielectric layer on a substrate having a plurality of the IC. A thin-film resistor (TFR) layer is deposited on the dielectric layer, and an underlayer (UL) including carbon is formed on the TFR layer. A hard mask layer including silicon is formed on the UL. Masked etching of the hard mask layer transfers a pattern of a photoresist layer onto the hard mask layer to form a hard mask layer pattern. Masked etching of the UL transfers the hard mask layer pattern onto the UL to form a UL pattern. Masked etching of the TFR layer transfers the UL pattern onto the TFR layer to form a TFR layer pattern including a matched pair of TFRs. The matched pair of TFRs are generally included in circuitry configured together for implementing at least one function.

  • Publication number: 20210131667
Abstract: A cooking apparatus having a cooking chamber, a cooking drawer, a solid fuel support drawer, gas burners, and an ash drawer. One of the cassettes positionable in the cooking drawer can be a belt conveyor which can transport food between end doors of the cooking chamber. A front door of the chamber, when open, allows for the cooking drawer with a partially-cooked food item to be removed and moved to another location for inspection/manipulation of the food item, and then returned to the cooking chamber. Infrared burners on the ceiling of the cooking chamber are directed down to the cooking drawer. Hot exhaust gases in the cooking chamber pass through the housing to a top area for food cooking/warming. A flickering flame assembly creates flickering flames in the back of the chamber which are visible from both the front and the back of the cooking apparatus.

  • Publication number: 20210106271
Abstract: Methods and systems for use of the Q-wave to R-wave interval to guide placement of a leadless cardiac pacemaker are disclosed. An implant delivery device is equipped with sensing electrodes to sense R-wave onset in a ventricle of a patient's heart to allow placement at a location of last or latest onset of the R-wave. Guidance tools are provided to assist in determination of the Q-wave to R-wave interval during implantation. For a chronic system, a cooperative approach is disclosed in which an implantable medical device and a leadless cardiac pacemaker exchange data to determine Q-wave to R-wave intervals and enhance cardiac resynchronization therapy delivery by the leadless cardiac pacemaker.
