Publication number: 20220212322Abstract: This invention is directed to a filter removal tool comprising: a cup configured to engage with a filter so that rotating the cup rotates the filter; an opening in a shaft or cup and extending through the cup so that when a puncture cap that can be received into the cup punctures the filter, fluid flows from the filter out of the cup. The shaft can transition from a first position to a second position wherein the puncture cap can puncture the filter in the second position. A wrench or other tool can be used to remove the filter using the cup. The cup can be secured to the filter with a magnet or collet assembly. A tube can be connected to the cup to direct fluid that exits the filter. An impact member can be used to force the puncture cap into the filter.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 27, 2022Publication date: July 7, 2022Applicant: Last Drop Wrench, LLCInventor: Christopher Steven Owens

Patent number: 10277960Abstract: A computer-implemented method and system for seeding video programs with episodic interactive items improve computer performance by averting tracking loss. The system includes a scene map table that maintains a scene record for every scene in the video. The scene record contains boundary information for the scene and linking information to companion scenes that are visually similar. When a developer tags an episodic item in the video for interactivity, the scene record for the scene where the item is tagged is accessed in the scene map table. The boundary information from this scene record is used to track the item across the scene without tracking loss and the linking information from this scene record is used to access scene records for companion scenes, allowing the item to be tracked across the companion scenes without tracking loss.Type: GrantFiled: January 19, 2018Date of Patent: April 30, 2019Assignee: Tap Media Labs, Inc.Inventors: Steven Owen Markel, Theo Chitayat, John Mark Robinson

Publication number: 20180249019Abstract: What is disclosed is a system and method for determining whether all processes performed by various secondary devices on a print/copy/scan job in a document reproduction environment completed. In one embodiment, a user/customer selects an application services represented by selectable icons displayed on a user interface of a multi-function device. In response to an application service having been selected, a list of process steps is retrieved. The various process steps are to be performed by one or more secondary devices for the selected application service. Then, for each secondary device in the retrieved list, a processor communicates to each secondary device to begin performing its associated process steps and waits until a notification is received from each secondary device that it has completed its various process steps. Upon complete of all process steps by all secondary devices, a notification is communicated to the user/customer that the job completed.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 28, 2017Publication date: August 30, 2018Inventors: Steven OWENS, Kari Kalevi POYSA, Kathryn K. Publication number: 20180147405Abstract: In one aspect the invention provides a surgical implant conductor formed from a length of conductive material which exhibits increased radio frequency alternating current resistance. This conductive material defines an exterior surface where at least a portion of the exterior surface of the conductor defines a region with a roughened surface. Preferably the roughening of the exterior surface increases the area of the exterior surface when compared to a non-roughened surface, resulting in a reduction in the effective cross-section area of the conductor used to transport alternating currents.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 27, 2016Publication date: May 31, 2018Inventors: Steven Owen MCCABE, Jonathan Brereton SCOTT
