Abstract: Various embodiments of the disclosure relate to minimizing data usage over a communication link. A system may include a back-end network configured to: receive, via a first connection, a video stream from at least one camera; transmit, via one or more second connections, the video stream to one or more user devices; cause the video stream from the back-end network to a user device of the one or more user devices to be terminated; and cause the video stream from the at least one camera to the back-end network to be terminated in response to determining that the back-end network is not transmitting the video stream to at least one user device of the one or more user devices. Abstract: Provided herein are systems, devices, and methods for treating tissue of a patient. The system includes a first energy delivery device having a first energy delivery element to be positioned proximate target tissue of the patient, a second energy delivery element, an energy delivery console to provide energy between the first energy delivery element and the second energy delivery element, and a user interface having a display for providing information to a user. The energy provided by the energy delivery console creates one or more electric fields within an energy delivery volume proximate the first energy delivery element, and at least one electric field within the energy delivery volume is sufficient to irreversibly electroporate target tissue within the energy delivery volume.

Abstract: The technology is generally directed to reordering packets received by a network to reduce the unfairness in transmitting and receiving data. The packets may be reordered based on a timestamp appended to the packet. The timestamp may correspond to a time when the sender loses control of the packet and the receiving network gains control. A packet reorder structure may receive the packets with the appended timestamps during a sample interval. The packet reorder structure may compare the timestamp to a time interval for a plurality of timeslots. The packets may be reordered based on the timeslot the packet is allocated to. In some examples, the duration of the timeslot may be dynamically adjusted such that the number of out of order packets received during the sample interval corresponds to a threshold.

The methods utilize a central policy storage, managed externally to database servers, which stores external policies for access to internal database resources at up to fine granularity. Database servers in the processing system each receive external access policies that correspond to users of the system by push or pull operations from the central policy storage, and store the external access policies in a cache of the database servers for databases. For resource access, access conditions are determined via policy engines of database servers based on an external access policy in the cache that corresponds to a user, responsive to a resource access request from a device of the user specifying the internal resource. Data associated with the resource is provided to the user based on the access condition being met.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods and systems for a training a model for real-time patient diagnosis. A system may include a computer configured to receive audio data and video data of a clinical encounter, the audio data comprising spoken words by an entity and the video data depicting the entity; retrieve clinical data regarding the entity; execute a model using the words of the audio data and the retrieved clinical data regarding the entity as input, the execution causing the model to output a plurality of clinical diagnoses for the entity; concurrently render the corresponding video data and audio data and the plurality of clinical diagnoses via a computing device associated with a user; and store an indication of a selected clinical diagnosis of the plurality of clinical diagnoses responsive to receiving a selection of the clinical diagnosis at the computing device.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems, devices, methods and kits, for adapting a standard toilet that works with an existing water supply and/or plumbing to provide the functionality of a bidet. Additionally, disclosed are solution delivery systems operable to deliver a soap-free, zero residue cleaning agent. Also disclosed are fluid delivery devices that provides improved control of a stream of fluid from a bidet system that targets the anatomical area of interest.

Abstract: The heat exchanger tray provided herein may include a base, a cover, and a heat exchange coil. The base may include a cutout and a bottom portion with one or more sidewalls forming a serpentine path for wastewater. The cover may be positioned within the cutout of the base to create a space between the base and the cover. The cover may include one or more protruding portions that engage with the one or more sidewalls of the bottom portion of the base to enclose the serpentine path. The heat exchange coil may be positioned in and along at least a portion of the serpentine path between the base and the cover. Fresh water may flow through the heat exchange coil. Wastewater may flow through the serpentine path between the base and the cover, such that the wastewater may heat the fresh water flowing through the heat exchange coil.

Abstract: A computer based system and method for identifying complaint interactions, including: detecting appearances of linguistic structures related to complaints in an interaction; calculating at least one sentiment metric of the interaction; and classifying the interaction as being or not being a complaint interaction based on the detected linguistic structures and the at least one sentiment metric, for example using a trained supervised learning model.
