  • Patent number: 4718546
Abstract: Display apparatus is provided for an article having a slotted extremity of given maximum open dimensions in length and width. The apparatus comprises a flat upstanding body having an opening extending therethrough. An elongate member is cantilever-supported in upstanding first disposition in the plane of the body in the opening, such cantilever-supported member having a shank portion contiguous with the body and having an enlargement at the free end thereof. The enlargement has a width exceeding the width of the shank portion, less than such article maximum slot length and greater than such article maximum slot width. The member is deflectable out of the plane of the body into second disposition sufficiently for entry of the enlargement into the article slot for releasably retentive joinder with the article extremity.

  • Patent number: 4714156
Abstract: A display hanger for suspenders comprises a flat body having a hook portion and a lower portion. The lower portion includes a pair of elongate suspender-engaging members depending in mutually transversely spaced relation, each having an opening extending therethrough adjacent the body lower portion. Each such member is foldable upon itself and has a free end distal from the body lower portion with a projection extending therefrom. The projections are configured both to permit receipt of the suspender stems by the elongate members and to retentively reside in the elongate member openings upon folding of the members following such stem receipt.

  • Patent number: 4512093
Abstract: An article identification tag has a tag body portion and a tag tie extending integrally from the tag body part. The tag tie has, at its end, a latch projection for retention in a latch opening formed in the tag body part, adjacent an identifier expanse on the tag body part. Configuration of the tag interfitting components is such that essentially no grippable surface is presented in the vicinity of the latched components upon looping of the tie through an article and securement of the tag components.
