  • Publication number: 20200134267
Abstract: A method, computer program product, and a system where a processor(s), monitors multilingual switches performed on a client on behalf of a given user. Based on the monitoring, the processor(s) identifies switch patterns of the given user to generate a service profile for the user of machine learned multilingual switch patterns for the given user. The processor(s) determines a priority order for languages comprising the voice input streams, for the given user. The processor(s) obtains a new translation request initiated by the client, on behalf of the given user and applies the priority order to identify one or more languages spoken in a voice input stream of the new translation request. The processor(s) transmits indicators of the identified one or more languages to the client, where upon receiving the indicators, the client translates the voice input stream from the identified one or more languages to one or more target languages.

  • Publication number: 20200124767
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, a computer program product, and a computer system for generating a wind map based on multimedia analysis. A computer receives a multimedia source configuration and builds a wind scale reference database. In addition, the computer extracts and processes both wind speed data and contextual data from the multimedia. Moreover, the computer analyses temporal and spatial features, as well as generates a wind map based on the extracted context, extracted wind speed, and analysed temporal and spatial features. • Patent number: 10621211
Abstract: A technique for language tag management includes accessing a standardized language tag repository to identify changes in standardized language tags. Records of a data source are analyzed to determine whether they contain language tags inconsistent with the standardized language tags. If so, a determination is made whether a language tag update policy indicates an action preserving an integrity of the record. If so, reference metadata is created based on the standardized language tags and the reference metadata is linked to the record while maintaining the record intact with the inconsistent language tag.
