  • Publication number: 20250044207
Abstract: Screening multiple surfactants is performed by a screening method including passing foam compositions comprising a surfactant through a porous media while measuring pressure drop across the porous media until a first steady state pressure drop is achieved. Magnitude and frequency in oscillations of the first steady state pressure are measured. A gas is injected through the porous media while measuring the pressure drop across the porous media until a second steady state pressure drop is achieved. Magnitude and frequency in oscillations of the second steady state pressure drop are measured. Foam stability is determined based on the first steady state pressure drop, second steady state pressure drop, and magnitude and frequency of oscillations during the first and second steady states. Secondary oil recovery may include injecting a foam composition into an oil-containing reservoir, wherein the foam composition is based on results of the screening and properties of the oil-containing reservoir.

  • Publication number: 20250020375
Abstract: A refrigerant circuit for cooling a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) unit of an air conditioning system includes a condenser for condensing refrigerant vapor. A heat sink includes a supply conduit assembly adapted to receive a first portion of a subcooled refrigerant fluid from the condenser and a discharge conduit assembly adapted to discharge a superheated refrigerant vapor to an accumulator. The subcooled refrigerant fluid transitions to the superheated refrigerant vapor upon absorbing heat from the VFD unit thermally coupled to the heat sink. The accumulator supplies the superheated refrigerant vapor to a compressor. An expansion valve expands a second portion of the condensed refrigerant fluid. An evaporator evaporates the expanded second portion of the refrigerant fluid. A compressor compresses the evaporated refrigerant vapor from the evaporator and the superheated refrigerant vapor received from the accumulator.

  • Publication number: 20250021875
Abstract: Test data associated with a command bus training (CBT) can be separately received at interconnected memory dice. Feedback data that are outputted from the multiple interconnected memory dice in response to the test data can be randomly combined such that combined feedback data is returned as if the feedback data were sent from a single memory die. This provides a flexible and scalable architecture that can accommodate a range of memory densities (e.g., a number of memory dice that are interconnected).
