Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method for manufacturing SiC powders with a high purity, and more particularly, a method for manufacturing SiC powders with a high purity by reating a solid phase carbon source as raw materials with gas phase silicon sources generated from a starting material composed of metallic silicon and silicon dioxide powders and, in which it is easy to control the size and crystalline phase of the SiC powders by changing the compositions of the gas phase silicon source to the solid phase carbon source mole ratio, and the temperature and time for the heat treatment.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method of detecting anomalies suspected of an attack based on time series statistics according to the present invention. The method of detecting anomalies suspected of an attack according to the present invention includes the steps of: collecting log data and traffic data in real-time and extracting at least one piece of preset traffic feature information from the collected log data and traffic data; and training through a time series analysis-based normal traffic training model using the extracted traffic feature information, and detecting abnormal network traffic according to a result of the training.

Specifically, the method comprises a process in which rice milled to have a certain whiteness is treated with high-pressure steam having a pressure of 2.0-4.0 kgf/cm2 in a steaming step to control the viscosity and water content of the steamed rice to thereby prevent agglomeration from occurring during transfer of the steamed rice. Also, in the method, novel Aspergillus oryzae CJ 1354 is used in a step of making rice koji.
