  • Publication number: 20150090911
Abstract: Provided is a simpler, more efficient, and more reliable latch valve. The latch valve includes an inflow path and an outflow path formed in a housing; a solenoid having a coil wound thereon; a permanent magnet positioned at an upper portion of a plunger and latching the plunger when the plunger is lifted; a spring positioned between the permanent magnet and the plunger; a support body having an inlet connected to the inflow path and an outlet connected to the outflow path; a diaphragm having the support body inserted therein; and the plunger lifted or lowered by a magnetic force induced by the coil to open and close the outlet, wherein an additional outflow path constantly communicating with a space part between the support body and the plunger is provided to allow a flow to be generated in the additional outflow path even when the plunger is closed.

  • Publication number: 20110041243
Abstract: There is provided a flow system for bidets capable of feeding room-temperature raw water to a sterilizer. The flow system for bidets comprises a flow path change valve changing flow paths so that raw water flowing from a raw water supply unit flows through at least one out of a plurality of flow paths; a sterilizer coupled to an outlet side of the flow path change valve to generate nozzle-cleaning water containing an antibacterial and/or disinfectant substance from the fed raw water; a heating member coupled to the outlet side of the flow path change valve to heat the fed raw water; and a nozzle unit coupled to the sterilizer and the heating member, the nozzle unit having at least one nozzle installed therein for feeding nozzle-cleaning water or hot water. The flow system for bidets may be useful to improve the use efficiency of hot water and cold water since the raw water of adequate temperature may be feed to components of a bidet by disposing a flow path change valve in the front end of a heating member.

  • Publication number: 20100242164
Abstract: A sterilizing water dispensing apparatus, and a bidet and toilet seat having the same are disclosed. The sterilizing water dispensing apparatus includes: an inlet to which sterilizing water is introduced; a cylindrical vortex production chamber that generates a vortex in the sterilizing water introduced through the inlet; and a dispensing hole disposed at the center of the bottom of the vortex production chamber and dispensing the vortex-produced sterilizing water in the vortex production chamber to an inner wall of the toilet. Because sterilizing water is dispensed in the form of fine particles with a relatively large surface area, the sterilizing water is brought into contact with a larger area of an inner wall of a toilet, so a sterilizing effect can be enhanced with a small quantity of sterilizing water.

  • Publication number: 20080052813
Abstract: Provided is an air-mixing nozzle for a bidet. The air-mixing nozzle for a bidet includes: a cleaning tip and a bidet tip having air-mixing means disposed at ends of a cleaning cylinder and a bidet cylinder each having a cleaning water ejection port and a bidet water ejection port to mix air using a pressure difference generated during ejection of the cleaning water; and a drive member having a belt and a gear meshed with each other to reciprocate the cleaning cylinder and the bidet cylinder. Therefore, it is possible to prevent foreign substances from being stuck to the bidet, and reduce the number of components by operating the cleaning cylinder and the bidet cylinder using the single belt driven by the gear, thereby improving productivity thereof.

  • Patent number: 7337802
Abstract: A pressure reducing valve applied to products such as a water purifier, a bidet, a boiler, an instant water heater, and so on is provided. The pressure reducing valve has advantages of being capable of increasing productivity and reducing manufacturing cost of products by omitting a diaphragm, a metal poppet valve, and other parts which are essential in the conventional art. In addition, it is possible to prevent leakage of fluid from a peripheral connection part of the pressure reducing valve, and damage of the connection part due to high-pressure operation of the pressure reducing valve, thereby extending the lifespan of products.
