The interconnection coupling hole is formed in a bottom surface of the lower cover at a position corresponding to the first connector. The inverter board is disposed on a rear surface of the lower cover to apply a driving voltage to the at least one light emitting diode. The method comprises the steps of obtaining an interference signal in a time domain generated from a signal reflected by an accelerometer and a fixed mirror using a single photo-detector; transforming the interference signal in the time domain into a signal in a frequency domain including a plurality of harmonic signals by Fourier transform; and determining the phase sensitivity of the accelerometer using initial phase of vibration displacement of the accelerometer, which is included in the interference signal in the frequency domain.

The fixing member can be formed with a recess section, into which the printed circuit board can be press-fitted, such that the printed circuit board is fixed to the fixing member.
