  • Publication number: 20130074957
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a pressure valve for an energy storage device. The energy storage device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes: a valve body provided with a vent guide for communicating a gas vent of the energy storage device with the outside; and an elastic body interposed between the valve body and the gas vent to elastically support the valve body to an inner side of the gas vent to move the valve body to an outer side of the gas vent when a gas pressure in the gas vent rises, thereby communicating the vent guide with the outside and recover the valve body when the gas pressure in the gas vent falls, thereby blocking the vent guide from the outside.

  • Publication number: 20130052497
Abstract: Disclosed herein is an air valve for an energy storage device, including: a valve body mounted in a gas vent of an energy storage device and having a passage for discharging gases within the gas vent to the outside; and a plurality of magnets mounted within the passage to apply repulsion force to one another so as to block the gas vent from the outside by the repulsion force and communicate the gas vent with the outside when a gas pressure within the gas vent is larger than the repulsion force, thereby discharging gases. By this configuration, exemplary embodiments of the present invention can configure the air valve with the simple structure capable of smoothly discharging gases generated from the energy storage device while minimizing a volume of the air valve and being semi-permanently used while minimizing a mechanical configuration of the air valve.

  • Publication number: 20090294297
Abstract: There is provided a method of forming a plating layer, the method including: forming a seed layer on a substrate; forming a pattern layer on the seed layer, the pattern layer formed of a thermoplastic resin and including openings; forming a plating layer on portions of the seed layer corresponding to the openings; and removing the pattern layer. This method ensures that the plating layer is formed with a sufficient thickness and the substrate, particularly, a ceramic substrate suffers minimal chemical damage during a plating process. Moreover, the plating layer is formed with a more uniform thickness.

  • Patent number: 7474052
Abstract: Provided herein is a plasma display panel. The plasma display panel comprises a front substrate, a rear substrate opposite to the front substrate and having address electrodes formed thereon, a lattice-shaped partition wall formed between the front substrate and the rear substrate, a phosphor applied to a discharge space partitioned by the partition wall, and a plurality of scanning electrodes and common electrodes formed in intersection regions of the partition wall and extending perpendicular to the front substrate. The plasma display panel has a sufficient aperture ratio, and thus has enhanced light emitting efficiency. The scanning electrodes and the common electrodes formed in the intersection regions of the partition walls have a vertical construction, thereby effectively preventing the phosphor from being damaged by the plasma. Discharge uniformly occurs at the outer periphery of the discharge cell, thereby inducing effective excitation of the phosphor.

  • Patent number: 7262675
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a laminated filter with improved stop band attenuation, which is adopted in devices using a radio frequency, such as communication systems and/or broadcasting systems. The laminated filter forms cross capacitive coupling as feeding lines of input lead and/or output lead are coupled to a resonator pattern, and enhances an attenuation characteristic of stop band. Also, the laminated filter is minimized if feeding lines of the input lead and output lead are aligned in different layers, and the positions of the attenuation poles are easily controlled by adjusting the feeding line length.

  • Publication number: 20030085776
Abstract: Disclosed herein is an array type noise reduction filter. The array type noise reduction filter has a plurality of noise reduction filters horizontally arranged within a single chip. A plurality of noise reduction filters each have a conductor layer and an inductance portion. The conductor layer is comprised of a ground portion arranged at approximately the center portion within the chip, and at least one capacitance portion arranged at at least one position over or under the ground portion. The inductance portion is arranged over or under the conductor layer. An inductance portion of another noise reduction filter adjacent to a noise reduction filter having an inductance portion arranged over the conductor layer is arranged under the conductor layer.
