  • Patent number: 12626266
Abstract: A system and method are disclosed for detecting and reacting to unseen events in demand forecasting, comprising preparing, by a server, data from a supply chain domain and entity to predict a demand, selecting features in the prepared data and training a machine learning model, generating a demand prediction with residual time series corrections, using the machine learning model, monitoring the demand prediction and data from the supply chain domain and entity to detect an occurrence of an unseen event; and in response to detecting the occurrence of the unseen event, revising the demand prediction by updating the machine learning model. The system and method further comprises detecting that a greater than threshold increase has occurred in a prediction of a target variable, and revising the demand prediction further comprises performing a second residual time series corrections that incorporates time information associated with the unseen event.

  • Publication number: 20260050881
Abstract: Examples provide dynamic delivery promises based on machine learning (ML) predicted transit time to improve promise accuracy and on-time delivery. Actual transit times for previous package deliveries are obtained from historical order data. The actual transit times are weighted based on recency data. A weighted mode is calculated for each shipping lane in a plurality of shipping lanes used to transport packages from a source to a destination location via a carrier method. The mode is calculated based on time period and actual transit times for that time period. Future predicted transit times for each shipping are generated using estimated ship dates and lane-specific modes. The predicted transit times are used to assign a more accurate and reliable delivery promise date to future orders. The promise dates are customized in real-time at a weekday level and a shipping lane level for increased on-time package deliveries.

  • Publication number: 20260046228
Abstract: Various embodiments of the present technology generally relate to systems and methods for providing an interface to securely handle messages from 5G services for network monitoring purposes. In an example, a network traffic monitoring system is provided as an interface handler. The network traffic monitoring system may receive from a plurality of network functions (NFs) in a communication exchange on a 5G network, a first plurality of messages, determine microservices to apply to the first plurality of messages, and process, by respective microservice modules, the first plurality of messages using the microservices. The network traffic monitoring system may also generate a feed based on processing the first plurality of messages using the microservices and transmit, to a network monitoring system, the feed, where the first plurality of messages is in an input format and the feed is in an output format, the input format being different than the output format.

  • Patent number: 12076409
Abstract: Pharmaceutical compositions comprising two or more therapeutically active agents, such as two or more anticancer agents, conjugated to one or more biocompatible polymers, wherein the molar ratio of the agents and/or schedules of delivery provide a synergistic therapeutic effect, are described. Methods of making and using the pharmaceutical compositions are further described. In one embodiment, the pharmaceutical compositions contain topoisomerase I and topoisomerase II inhibitors conjugated to the same or different biocompatible polymers. The two or more anticancer agents are covalently coupled to the polymer(s), and thereby can be delivered to a tumor at a molar ratio which provides a synergistic effect. Optionally, the agents are coupled indirectly to the polymer(s) via a linker.

  • Patent number: 11602339
Abstract: A suture device is utilized in forming a purse string suture during, e.g., laparoscopic end to end anastomosis procedure, to effect joining of two opposing intestinal sections. The suture device is utilized in other procedures such as, e.g., transanal total mesorectal excision (TaTME) for removal of low rectal and ultra-low rectal tumors and preservation of anal sphincters to avoid permanent stomas. In particular, the suture device is utilized in forming surgical stitches used to close an internal anal structure or to narrow a passage for performing further transanal dissection to create total mesorectal excision.

  • Patent number: 11185256
Abstract: A portable hand tremor detection device has been reported. This device is composed of a detection unit, a flexible pressure sensor, a signal processing unit, and a power supply. The detection unit is composed of the sensor and press-knob. The flexible pressure sensor is a combination of usually spaced apart flexible polymer preferably polydimethylsiloxane, flexible substrate preferably paper, and a conductive coating preferably reduced graphene oxide (RGO). When the users put pressure on the press-knob through the fingers, the flexible pressure sensor actuates and bends so that conductive RGO layers on the flexible substrates come in contact with each other to generate an output current. The electrical circuits in the signal processing unit are laid down in such a manner that the magnitude of this output current varies with the tremor between the fingers, which eventually converted into an electrical signal showing the variation in the hand tremor with time.
