  • Publication number: 20070034724
Abstract: A lubricating pack specifically designed for paper shredders, including a piece of oiled paper saturated with lubricant placed between two jackets that are each provided at an inner layer thereof with an oil-seepage-proof film. The two jackets are then formed with a first seal sealed around their peripheries to form a lubricating pack having a laminating construction. The lubricating pack is fed into the paper shredder through a paper inlet to the paper shredder under auto mode to be shredded by the paper shredder. Accordingly, the cutting blades of the paper shredder would be able to contact the lubricant contained in the oiled paper during the process of shredding the lubricating pack, so as to provide lubrication between cutting blades of the paper shredder thereby extending the lifespan of the paper shredder.

  • Publication number: 20060246732
Abstract: This invention is directed to a process for etching a semiconductor device using an etchant composition to form a predetermined etched pattern therein. The semiconductor device typically has a plurality of layers. At least one of the layers comprises a refractory metal, refractory metal alloy or refractory metal silicide. The etchant composition contains a high concentration of chlorine. The source (or TCP) power is decreased over that of conventional methods, and the bias (or RF) power is increased. Using such an etchant composition, along with the adjusted power levels, uniform etching and increased oxide selectivity is achieved.

  • Publication number: 20060169619
Abstract: A lubricating pack specifically designed for paper shredders, including a piece of oiled paper saturated with lubricant placed between an upper and a lower plastic sheets or films that are subsequently fused around their peripheries to form a lubricating pack having a laminating construction. The lubricating pack is fed into the paper shredder through a paper inlet to the paper shredder under paper-feeding mode to be shredded by the paper shredder. Accordingly, the cutting blades of the paper shredder would be able to contact the lubricant contained in the oiled paper during the process of shredding the lubricating pack, so as to provide lubrication to cutting blades of the paper shredder thereby extending the lifespan of the paper shredder.

  • Publication number: 20060157600
Abstract: This invention discloses a paper shredder having a manual paper pressing device, where the paper shredder is provided at a rear end thereof with an aperture, including: a large-size presser disposed beneath the paper shredder and having a connecting shaft at an end thereof, the connecting shaft passing through the aperture provided at the rear end of the paper shredder to movably pivot to a presser rod, the presser rod being rotatable about the pivoting location, wherein when the presser rod is levered upwards from a horizontal position about the pivoting location to a vertical position and then pressed downwards, the large-size presser is activated to compact the paper chips in the basket or bin directly so as to reduce space occupied by the paper chips and to increase capacity of the basket or bin. After the force for causing the presser rod downwards vanishes, the presser rod would recover to its original position due to recovering force exerted by a spring.
