Abstract: A suspension for an automobile is provided with a suspension arm for supporting an axle carrier. The suspension arm includes a pair of rigid arms disposed spaced from each other longitudinally of a car body each of which is pivotably connected on one end thereof to the car body and on the other end to the axle carrier and at least one coupling member stretched between these rigid arms and connected thereto. The coupling member is formed of a plate material and is deformable in a lateral direction parallel to a plane including centers of connection of the rigid arms to the car body and to the axle carrier.

Abstract: A camber adjusting device in a strut type suspension system, comprising first and second clamp means for connecting a support bracket and a steering knuckle for supporting a strut at opposite ends and an eccentric adjustment piece rotatably provided on one of said first and second clamp means. Rotation of said eccentric adjustment piece causes said one of clamp means is displaced about the other clamp means by a value of eccentricity of said adjustment piece, whereby said strut is displaced with respect to said steering knuckle to thereby adjust the camber angle.

Abstract: A structure for mounting a hub cap or a wheel cap to a wheel, wherein an annular element having a strap-like body, a number of elastic tongues and a number of first and second detent portions is interposed between the cap and the wheel in such a manner that the annular element is firmly fixed to the cap by the first and second detent portions while the annular element removably engages with the wheel by the elastic tongues.
