  • Patent number: 5717363
Abstract: An oscillation circuit and an oscillation method for generating a high-frequency signal in which NPN transistors are differentially connected to each other. The signal output from the collector of a first NPN transistor is positively fed back to the base of a second NPN transistor via a first capacitor, and the signal output from the collector of the second NPN transistor is positively fed back to the base of the first NPN transistor via a second capacitor. A one-port-type SAW resonator is connected to the collectors of the NPN transistors via the capacitors for blocking the flow of direct current. Thus, it becomes possible to generate a high-frequency signal with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Patent number: 5693236
Abstract: A method for fabricating a water-repellent surface, including steps of preparing a mixture by mixing a curable liquid with a needle-like material, applying the mixture onto a surface of an object, curing a liquid of the applied mixture and forming an applied layer in which the needle-like material has been mixed on a base material of the cured liquid of the mixture, forming pits and projections of the needle-like material on a surface of the applied layer by etching the applied layer under a condition where an etching rate of the base material is larger than that of the needle-like material, and coating the surface of the applied layer with a water-repellent substance.

  • Patent number: 5639470
Abstract: A deodorizer comprises a hydrophilic solvent extract of fruit-bodies of champignon mushroom or powder of the extract as an effective component. The extract of champignon mushroom used as an effective component can be prepared by a method which comprises the step of immersing the mushroom in a hydrophilic solvent at a temperature ranging from 60.degree. to 100.degree. C. for 15 minutes to 2 hours to perform extraction. The extract can further be treated to obtain the effective components in the form of powder.

  • Patent number: 5486796
Abstract: An oscillator provided with an oscillation circuit provided with two oscillation transistors comprising a differential pair and a resonance circuit connected in common to the bases of the oscillation transistors. The bases of the oscillation transistors are short-circuited by a coil, a center tap coil is connected in parallel to the resonance circuit, and variable capacitive diodes in the resonance circuit are driven by a coil connected to a mixing circuit. Due to this, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of low frequency noise, possible to realize a completely balanced operation, possible to avoid the oscillation carrier flowing into the power source and ground, and possible to reduce the noise in a television picture.

  • Patent number: 5459420
Abstract: In this invention, in arranging a balance type input terminal group or output terminal group in an integrated circuit, the formation is provided with one terminal for grounding and two signal terminals adjacent to this grounding terminal on both sides. In connecting the output terminal group of the first integrated circuit and the input terminal group of the second integrated circuit with each other in such formation, the grounding terminals themselves and signal terminals themselves are respectively connected in one to one. Further, in the integrated circuit formed as mentioned above, among the bonding wires connecting the balance type input terminal group or output terminal group with an electrode group of an inner chip, the two bonding wires connecting the chip with the signal terminals are wired symmetrically with the bonding wire connecting the chip with the grounding terminal as a center.
