  • Publication number: 20200301092
Abstract: A protrusion part which protrudes locally from the periphery of a fifth lens body toward an image side may be provided on an image side of the fifth lens body. On an object side of a cemented lens, a cemented lens upper surface abutting against the protrusion part on the outside of a lens surface may be provided. The protrusion part may be formed in number at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, and the protrusion parts may be divided into seven protrusion part groups each including three protrusion parts in accordance with the protrusion amount to the image side. The protrusion part which actually abuts against the cemented lens upper surface may be selected from among the protrusion parts in accordance with the thickness of a fifth lens as actually measured, so that the interval between the fifth lens and the cemented lens may be of an appropriate value.

  • Patent number: 10527814
Abstract: A lens unit with multiple lenses includes at least a glass lens arranged in an optical axis direction and a lens barrel holding the lenses. The lens barrel includes a lens holder holding the glass lens. An object side face of the lens holder is formed with multiple projecting parts supporting an adjacent lens which is adjacent to the glass lens on the object side. The projecting parts is structured as a distance determination part adjusting and determining a space distance between the glass lens and the adjacent lens by using a heat press process. A crushing amount of the projecting parts is determined with a lens face of the glass lens as a reference. The space distance between the glass lens and the adjacent lens is adjusted to restrain focus deviation due to a thickness error of the glass lens occurred at the time of molding the glass lens.

  • Patent number: 10428889
Abstract: A torsion spring that is used in a throttle valve device increasing and decreasing an opening degree of an intake passage or an exhaust passage of an internal-combustion engine includes: two coil springs connected with each other so that torsion directions are opposite from each other; and a hook disposed between the two coil springs. Of the two coil springs, one side spring arranged at one side in an axial direction biases a valve object to a closing side, and the other side spring arranged at the other side in the axial direction biases the valve object to an opening side. In at least one coil spring of the two coil springs, a dimension of a clearance between the at least one coil spring and the hook connected with each other is larger than an average value of clearances between coil turns of the at least one coil spring.
