  • Publication number: 20060139179
Abstract: An anomaly judgment system includes an actuating switch and an anomaly judgment unit for judging anomaly of an operator detection device that is turned into an ON state when detecting an operator in a vehicle. The actuating switch is operable to be turned into an ON state by the operator. The anomaly judgment unit judges the operator detection device as anomalous when a time period during which the actuating switch is in an OFF state with the operator detection device in the ON state exceeds a predetermined time period.

  • Patent number: 7066490
Abstract: An airbag device comprises a folded and housed airbag including: a vehicle front-facing wall portion having a gas inlet through which inflating gas can enter; and a passenger-facing wall portion directly opposite the gas inlet port. In the airbag, there is arranged a flow regulating cloth. This flow regulating cloth regulates the inflow of the inflating gas so that the unnecessary protrusion of the passenger-facing wall portion toward the passenger is prevented. Moreover, the flow regulating cloth breaks at a portion made to be easily torn, before the completion of inflation of the airbag. In other words, the airbag is released from the regulation of the inflow of the inflating gas before the completion of inflation.

  • Publication number: 20020064440
Abstract: A production line constructing system for constructing a production line having groups of processing apparatuses, articulated robots for loading workpieces on and unloading processed workpieces from the processing apparatuses, and an automatic conveyor in the form of a vehicle for carrying a respective articulated robot and for conveying the workpieces between the processing apparatuses. The dimensions of the articulated robot are determined taking into consideration the width of passages in a work area, the dimensions of the vehicle, restrictions on available power supply, and the conveying speed of the vehicle carrying the articulated robot relative to the conveying speed of the operator. The production line is constructed so that a maximum loading/unloading area on the processing apparatuses within which a workpiece is loaded on and unloaded from the processing apparatus is included in a range of movement of the end effector of the articulated robot which is limited in dimensions.
