  • Patent number: 7597512
Abstract: A tapping method for performing a tapping process in a punch press includes engaging a front end of a tap provided at a tapping tool attached to a rotating mold indexing device rotatably provided at the punch press with a prepared hole formed in a workpiece. When the front end of the tap is engaged with the prepared hole, a control motor of the rotating mold indexing device is rotated positively to rotate the tap positively. When it is detected that the control motor of the rotating mold indexing device has rotated a determined number of times, positive rotation of the control motor is stopped and the motor is rotated reversely, thereby to detach the tap from the prepared hole of the workpiece.

  • Patent number: 5908775
Abstract: The invention provides a method of textile printing using microorganisms with less limitation to dyes with less damage on base materials, and with less blurring of color borders. The method is capable of producing a complex, fine pattern; capable of realizing colored discharge printing with brilliant colors; and capable of readily producing an ombre pattern. The invention also provides a microorganism for decolorization of azo-system dye and use in the textile printing method. In accordance with the invention, textile printing is carried out by coating a solution or paste (which may contain a dye) containing a bacterial strain Bacillus OY1-2 of genus Bacillus (Deposit Number: FERM 13118), in a desirable pattern on the cloth dyed with an azo dye (which may include a non-azo dye), subsequently proliferating or acting the bacterial strain while keeping the strain in a wet state, and to entirely or partially metabolize the azo dye to eliminate or decrease the coloring of the azo dye for textile printing.

  • Patent number: 5012365
Abstract: In the magnetic disc apparatus of the present invention, an air filter for filtration has a filter element bent in a zigzag form with a pitch equal to an interval at which plural magnetic discs are separately housed in a closed casing. The bend lines of the filter element are set on planes where the centers in the thickness direction of the magnetic discs are positioned. The air flow is caused by rotation of the magnetic discs so as to enter the air filter, and is not liable to have stagnation thereof in front of the filter element. Static pressure of the air flow in front of the filter element is substantially uniform.

  • Patent number: 4665736
Abstract: A rotor having N and S poles is rotatively supported through bearings from the lower end of an electrode to be immersed in a water sample in which dissolved oxygen is measured. A rotor driving means is disposed adjacent to the rotor, the means generally comprising a magnet which is so constructed that the N and S poles thereof alternately approach the rotor. The rotor follows the rotation of the rotor driving means to rotate in and stir the water sample.
