    Abstract: Disclosed herein are organic memory devices and methods for fabricating such devices. The organic memory devices comprise a first electrode, a second electrode and an organic active layer extending between the first and second electrodes wherein the organic active layer is formed from one or more electrically conductive organic materials that contain heteroatoms and which are configured in such a manner as that the heteroatoms are available for linking or complexing metal atoms within the organic active layer. The metal ions may then be reduced to form metal filaments within the organic active layer to form a low resistance state and the metal filaments may, in turn, be oxidized to form a high resistance state and thereby function as memory devices.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a multilayer power inductor in which sheets are charged with a soft magnetic metal alloy powder having a shape optimized along a magnetic path, pattern circuits made from conductive materials are formed on the sheets, and via holes are formed through the sheets to easily connect pattern circuits. The power inductor of the present invention is manufactured by stacking the above-described sheets into multiple layers. The sheets of the inductor of the present invention are charged with soft magnetic metal powder having a high magnetization density, and fine gaps are distributed among the powder the shape of which is optimized along a magnetic path to ensure high current superposition characteristics which allow the use of 1A to several tens of A without causing leakage flux, and ensure stable inductance to a high frequency domain of the 10 MHz band.

Since the passive device is disposed on the substrate assembly of the photosensor package, it is possible to reduce the size of the printed circuit board compared to the convention technology where the passive device is disposed on the print circuit board. Furthermore, since it is possible to reduce a distance between the photosensor chip and the passive device, the electrical properties are also improved, and the number of processes may be reduced.

The drum type washing machine includes a drum performing washing, a motor rotating the drum, bearing housings having bearings to support a rotation shaft, a suspension connected to the bearing housings and the cabinet to mitigate vibration generated during rotation of the drum, a bracket installed to the bearing housings to form the rear side of the tub, and a gasket installed between the bracket and the tub to seal the tub and to prevent vibration from being transmitted from the bracket to the tub. Volumes of the tub and the drum can be easily increased without increasing the volume of the cabinet. Even when the volume of the washing machine is changed, only one of the tub and the bearing housings, which is not applicable to the drum type washing machine having the changed washing capacity, is selectively replaced. Thus parts can commonly used in various drum type washing machine having different volume.
