  • Publication number: 20100129566
Abstract: A preparation method of an electroconductive copper patterning layer includes (Step 1) preparing a dispersion solution of copper-based particles selected from the group consisting of copper particles, copper oxide particles, and their mixtures; (Step 2) forming a copper-based particle patterning layer by printing or filling the dispersion solution of copper-based particles to a substrate into a predetermined shape; and (Step 3) irradiating laser to the copper-based particle patterning layer to burn and interconnect the copper-based particles contained in the copper-based particle patterning layer. This preparation method burns a copper-based particle patterning layer with a strong energy within a short time by using laser. Thus, it is possible to obtain a copper patterning layer that is hardly oxidized even in the atmosphere, so a copper patterning layer with excellent electric conductivity is formed.

  • Publication number: 20100055396
Abstract: A method for high resolution ink-jet print using a pre-patterned substrate employs an ink-jet printing device including an ink-jet head for discharging conductive ink droplets and a driving stage for supporting a substrate to which the conductive ink droplets are hit, to draw a fine line width pattern on the substrate. The method includes (A) forming a stripe pattern with repeated stripes on a substrate surface on which a fine line width pattern will be formed, thereby preparing a pre-patterned substrate; (B) loading the substrate to the ink-jet printing device; and (C) injecting conductive ink droplets to a substrate region where the stripe pattern is formed. An equivalent interval (d) of the stripe pattern and a fine line width (D) of the drawn fine line width pattern satisfy a relation of d<<D, and the hit ink droplets are flowed in an anisotropic form within the region.

  • Publication number: 20100018919
Abstract: A system for treating recirculating nutrients using floating media is disclosed. The system is operated in such way that wastewater influent path is changed between a first mode and a second mode at a certain period of time interval. Wastewater influent at the first mode sequentially flows into a first anoxic tank, a second anoxic tank, and an aerobic tank. Wastewater influent at the second mode sequentially flows into the second anoxic tank, the first anoxic tank, and the aerobic tank. Part of the wastewater that flows into the aerobic tank bypasses the first anoxic tank and the second anoxic tank. Part of the wastewater, which flows from the aerobic tank into the first anoxic tank or from the aerobic tank into the second anoxic tank, continuously bypasses the aerobic tank through an internal recirculation pump.

  • Publication number: 20090323156
Abstract: A method for forming an electrochromic layer pattern includes forming a transparent electrode layer and a photoresist layer on a transparent substrate, forming a photoresist pattern by laser interference lithography, and depositing an electrochromic layer pattern on the transparent electrode through openings defined by the photoresist pattern by depositing an electrochromic layer on a front surface of the substrate and then lifting up the photoresist pattern. An insulation layer may be further formed between the transparent layer and the photoresist layer. Here, the electrochromic layer may be formed after an insulation layer pattern is formed using the photoresist pattern as an etching mask. In this case, the electrochromic layer pattern is formed in openings defined by the insulation layer pattern. As a result, a contact surface area between the electrochromic layer pattern and the ion conductive layer is increased to ensure a rapid response speed.
