  • Patent number: 6753382
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) rubber latex, and the acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS) latex is prepared by graft-polymerizing butadiene rubber with the monomers of acrlylonitrile and styrene through emulsion-polymerization, so that the ABS rubber latex of the present invention has high solid content. The method of ABS rubber latex of the present invention comprises the step of emulsion-polymerizing i) polybutadiene rubber latex; ii) aromatic vinyl compound; and iii) vinyl cyanide with the addition of a reactive emulsifier. According to the method of the present invention, the ABS rubber latex has high solid content due to a decrease in the amount of coagulated materials and film, which formed on the rubber latex during polymerization, and an increase in the production volume.

  • Patent number: 6604012
Abstract: A lot dispatching method and system for variably applying the most suitable processing equipment and/or processing condition in a succeeding process of a semiconductor manufacturing process, wherein the succeeding process is influenced by the result of a preceding process. A lot processed by the preceding process is dispatched to the succeeding processing equipment according to a systematic analysis result obtained from a relationship between a process result of the preceding process and an efficiency and the characteristics of a plurality of processing equipment in the succeeding process. A plurality of process conditions for the succeeding process corresponding to the performance of the preceding process is provided. A respective process condition has characteristics that minimize the difference in performance in the succeeding process from a desired or target performance.

  • Publication number: 20020050399
Abstract: A flexible printed circuit film that is capable of preventing a bonded pad from being separated or opened because of a force applied to a bonded part when the flexible printed circuit film is engaged to a printed circuit board. In the film, a first pad is provided at one end of a body to be adhesively connected to a second pad of a first printed circuit board. A third pad is provided at other end of the body to be engaged to a connecter of a second printed circuit board. At least one recess is defined in the body of the flexible printed circuit film. Accordingly, it becomes possible to prevent a contact portion between other pad of the FPC film and the pad of the data circuit board from being separated or opened due to a force applied upon engagement of one pad of the FPC film to the connecter of the timing control board.
