    Abstract: Proposed is a method of generating a model for predicting heart disease according to various exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure. The method includes obtaining a plurality of electrocardiogram data and generating the model for predicting heart disease on the basis of the plurality of electrocardiogram data. The generating of the model includes constructing a learning data set on the basis of the electrocardiogram data, and generating a model for predicting a risk of heart disease by performing training on one or more network functions on the basis of the learning data set, wherein the learning data set includes a first learning data set and a second learning data set which are classified for different training purposes, and the model for predicting the risk of heart disease stratifies and provides prediction information on the risk of future heart disease on the basis of a patient's electrocardiogram data.
