    Abstract: Disclosed is a motor stator assembly comprising: a plurality of yokes manufactured by laminating a plurality of steel sheets having a predetermined length; and a plurality of poles engaged between the yokes and formed by molding magnetic material in a mold, on which coil is wound. In the assembly, material loss can be reduced at the time of blanking operation, and additional protector is not required. According to this, a winding radius of coil is reduced thus to reduce coil amount on the basis of a constant number of times of winding. Also, by using magnetic powder material and silicon steel, productivity is enhanced and motor efficiency is enhanced.

    Abstract: A duplex-image reading apparatus and a method for the same. The duplex-image reading apparatus comprises a document feeding path along which a document supplied from a document supply tray is passed through an image reading unit for an image reading operation and discharged to the outside of a main body of the duplex-image reading apparatus by a discharging roller, a document returning unit for returning a feeding direction of the document being discharged by the discharging roller, so that a rear end of the document becomes a leading end, a sensor mounted on the document feeding path to detect a length of the document, and at least two document returning paths having different lengths according to the length of the document detected by the sensor. Accordingly, generation of an unnecessary path can be restrained by varying the document returning path when returning the document according to the length of the document, and therefore image reading speed can be improved.

    Abstract: A low-pressure mold valve assembly includes a coupler to removably attach a mix head to a mold assembly in an assembly line environment. A first piston which is rectilinear in cross section is movable within the first flow passage along a first axis by an actuator. A second piston is movable along a second axis substantially perpendicular to the first axis by a second actuator. After injection is complete, the second piston seals a mix chamber of the mix head while remnants of the matrix that remain in a flow passage are driven into the first flow passage by the piston. The first piston is then driven toward the mold port such that matrix remnants are further driven into the mold cavity. The coupler is thus cleared of remnants without flushing.

    Abstract: A sheet feeding apparatus for a printing device includes a pickup roller and a feeding roller picking up sheets loaded on a tray and feeding the sheets into a sheet feeding path, respectively, a rotation member installed on a rotation shaft of the feeding roller to support and rotate the pickup roller at a free end, a relay gear engaging the feeding roller and the pickup roller, a clutch unit selectively transferring a raising force of the rotation shaft to the rotation member, and a stopper installed in the rotation member to be elevated and lowered with respect to the rotation member to block a path between the pickup roller and the feeding roller. Accordingly, since the pickup roller is raised to allow the sheets to be loaded and then lowered after the sheets are loaded on the tray, front ends of the sheets are automatically inserted under the pickup roller.

    Abstract: An automatic document feeder with an anti-skew function is disclosed. The automatic document feeder comprises a pick up roller for feeding documents loaded on a tray, a feed roller for transferring the fed documents toward document scanning means; and an intermediate roller disposed just before the feed roller to transfer the documents toward the feed roller. The Intermediate roller has a document feed speed on a surface thereof faster than that of the feed roller. It is possible to prevent skew from occurring between the REGI roller or the intermediate roller and the feed roller by merely adjusting a linear velocity of the REGI roller or the intermediate roller, thereby improving document feeding performance and extending a lifetime of the device such as a motor since a driving system has no additional load.
