The first pressure unit, connected with the culture unit, is used for applying a pressure to the cell culture liquid in the culture unit. The at least one inspecting unit, connected with the culture unit, is used for receiving the cell culture liquid for inspection. The control unit, electrically coupled with the culture unit, the first pressure unit, the gas supply unit and the at least one inspecting unit, is used for monitoring corresponding condition parameters to determine respective operations.     Abstract: The present document discloses a heterostructure for a high electron mobility transistor (HEMT). The heterostructure comprises a SiC substrate, an InxAlyGa1-x-yN nucleation layer (12), wherein x=0-1, y=0-1, preferably x<0.05 and y>0.50, more preferably x<0.03 and y>0.70 and most preferably x<0.01 and y>0.90, formed on the SiC substrate. The heterostructure further comprises a GaN channel layer formed on the InxAlyGa1-x-yN nucleation layer. A thickness of the GaN channel layer is 50 to 500 nm, preferably 100 to 450 nm, most preferably 150 to 400 nm. The GaN channel layer presents a rocking curve with a (002) peak having a FMHW below 300 arcsec, and a rocking curve with a (102) peak having a FMHW below 400 arcsec as determined by X-ray diffraction, XRD. A surface of an uppermost layer of the heterostructure (1) exhibits an atomic step-flow morphology with rms roughness over a 10 ?m2 scan area of below 1.8 nm, preferably below 1.

    Abstract: An image capturing device includes an optical lens, an imaging unit, a filter module, an infrared cut-off filter, a processing unit and a switching module. The filter module is located between the optical lens and the imaging unit. The infrared cut-off filter is provided on the filter module. The processing unit includes a first general-purpose input/output (GPIO) pin and a second GPIO pin. The switching module is coupled to the first GPIO pin and the second GPIO pin. When a first GPIO signal is in a first value, the switching module drives the filter module to move the infrared cut-off filter to an imaging optical path between the imaging unit and the optical lens. When a second GPIO signal is in the first value, the switching module drives the filter module to move the infrared cut-off filter away from the imaging optical path.

    Abstract: A focus detection apparatus and a method thereof are provided. In the method, a medical image is obtained. Size of a target focus and a sliding window are determined, and side length of the sliding windows is at least twice the side length of the target focus. The medical image is scanned through the sliding window, and a stride which the sliding windows moves each time is not greater than the side length of the target focus. At least one area of interest is obtained based on the scan result. Then, the area of interest is identified based on machine learning techniques, and perform candidate aggregation and multiple size aggregation to determine at least one focus position. Accordingly, the computational time and the detection accuracy can be improved.

    Abstract: A semiconductor power device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. In the manufacturing method, before the self-aligned silicide process is performed, a gate stacked structure and a spacer are formed on a semiconductor layer having a body region and a source region. The spacer defines a portion of the source region for forming a silicide layer. Subsequently, the self-aligned silicide process is performed with the gate stacked structure and the spacer functioning as a mask to form the silicide layer at the defined portion of the source region. Thereafter, an interconnection structure including an interlayer dielectric layer and a source conductive layer is formed on the semiconductor layer. The source conductive layer is electrically connected to the source region. The silicide layer extends toward the gate stacked structure from a position under the source conductive layer to another position under the interlayer dielectric layer.

    Abstract: This invention provides a novel wavelength-separating-routing (WSR) apparatus that uses a diffraction grating to separate a multi-wavelength optical signal by wavelength into multiple spectral channels, which are then focused onto an array of corresponding channel micromirrors. The channel micromirrors are individually controllable and continuously pivotable to reflect the spectral channels into selected output ports. As such, the inventive WSR apparatus is capable of routing the spectral channels on a channel-by-channel basis and coupling any spectral channel into any one of the output ports. The WSR apparatus of the present invention may be further equipped with servo-control and spectral power-management capabilities, thereby maintaining the coupling efficiencies of the spectral channels into the output ports at desired values.
