    Abstract: A baby cry detection circuit includes a signal capturing circuit, a characteristics capturing circuit and a determination circuit. When a strength of a voice signal is greater than a threshold, the signal capturing circuit captures the voice signal to generate a voice segment signal. A time period of a voice segment corresponding to the voice segment signal is within a predetermined range. The characteristics retrieving circuit, coupled to the signal capturing circuit, captures a plurality of characteristic values of the voice segment signal. The determination circuit, coupled to the characteristics capturing circuit, determines whether the voice segment corresponding to the voice segment signal is a baby cry according to the characteristic values.

The lightly-doped region is formed in the drift layer and connected to a surface of the drift layer. The insulating layer disposed on the drift layer covers the termination region. The main loop-shaped field plate is disposed on the insulating layer and covers the second end portion.

    Abstract: An earphone capable of reducing pressure in the ear canal and providing enhanced sound quality is provided along with a method for making the same. The earphone includes an earphone body penetrated by an air channel and having a receiving space receiving a vibrating membrane. A loudspeaker is provided in the receiving space and corresponds to the vibrating membrane. When the earphone is worn in the ear, the ear canal is in communication with the outside through the air channel so that acoustic waves generated by the vibrating membrane and reflected by the eardrum can propagate out of, rather than back and forth within, the ear canal. Thus, the eardrum is safe from an abnormal pressure otherwise attributable to repeatedly reflected acoustic waves, and the vibrating membrane is protected from a compressive force that may otherwise result from reflected acoustic waves and cause sound distortion.

At least one slice of breast image is obtained. Mammary glandular tissue in each breast image is detected through a mammary glandular tissue detector. The mammary glandular tissue detector is based on texture characteristic analysis. Therefore, the embodiments of the present disclosure would assist density analysis of the mammary glandular tissue and efficiently reduce false positive of computer-aided detection. In addition, based on a result of the density analysis of the mammary glandular tissue, the embodiment would further determine lactation yield and present density diagrams of mammary glandular tissue of left and right breasts. A breast region may also be separated from the breast image based on rib information according to the embodiments of the present disclosure.
