Abstract: A hand tool with a function of preventing electronic shock includes a tool body, a basic insulation layer and a skidproof insulation layer. The basic insulation layer is formed on the tool body and has holes exposing a part of the tool body. The skidproof insulation layer is formed on the basic insulation layer to cover the holes. Annular protrusions are formed on the outer surface of the basic insulation layer or the inner surface of the skidproof insulation layer and are closer to edges of the basic insulation layer and the skidproof insulation layer than the holes. Therefore, it is possible to prevent electric shock caused by the seeping of moisture or liquid between the basic insulation layer and the skidproof insulation layer.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an extreme ultraviolet (EUV) lithography system including a radiation source and an EUV control system integrated with the radiation source. The EUV control system includes a 3-dimensional diagnostic module (3DDM) designed to collect a laser beam profile of a laser beam from the radiation source in a 3-dimensional (3D) mode, an analysis module designed to analyze the laser beam profile, a database designed to store the laser beam profile, and an EUV control module designed to adjust the radiation source. The analysis module is coupled with the database and the EUV control module. The database is coupled with the 3DDM and the analysis module. The EUV control module is coupled with the analysis module and the radiation source.

The retaining device includes a retainer and an actuator adapted to move the retainer in a first position and a second position. The method comprises the steps of: receiving a keyword; searching by the keyword to obtain an initial search result which comprises a plurality of web pages, and searching at least one related word corresponding to the keyword; clustering the related word to generate a clustered result which comprises at least one clustered group; providing the clustered result to an user such that the user selects one clustered group from the clustered group; and filtering the initial search result based upon the selected clustered group to generate a filtered search result.

Abstract: A map system for presenting Point of Interest (POI) information is provided with an interface module, a storage unit, and a processing module. The interface module is coupled to a display device and provides an operation interface for receiving a search query and a condition of time period. The storage unit stores a plurality of POIs data and verified data of the POIs each corresponding to a respective one of different time periods. The processing module filters the POIs and the verified data according to the search query and the condition of time period to generate an electronic map, and displays the electronic map to present the filtered POIs via the interface module and the display device.
