    Abstract: An electronic signature verification method implemented by SKI infrastructure adopts a secret key infrastructure (SKI) system for registering a secret key and issuing a signature key and a verification key. After a signer has completed a signature, a signature data, a verification data and a verification key encrypted by the secret key of a signature verification unit are sent to a recipient. After the recipient has received the data, a user needs to send the verification data and the encrypted verification key to a signature verification unit if the user wants to confirm the signature on the signature data. The signature verification unit uses a secret key authorized by the SKI for the decryption to obtain the verification key and uses the verification key to verify the verification data and confirm the existence of the signature of the signature data, so as to authenticate the signature of the signature data.

The method of testing an integrated circuit includes placing an integrated circuit in a socket that is coupled to a circuit board substantially identical to that of a circuit board configured to include the integrated circuit, but which does not include the integrated circuit, and testing the integrated circuit. A method of making such a tester mechanically attaching a socket to a modified commercial electronic product and electrically connecting an integrated circuit and the modified commercial electronic product. This approach allows for cheaper, more comprehensive, and more accurate testing of an integrated circuit.

    Abstract: An interlocking device for controlling clockwise and counterclockwise rotation of a motor is connected with a clockwise rotation module and a counterclockwise rotation module at both ends thereof to form a loop by cooperating with a power-supply terminal and an earth terminal. The clockwise rotation module includes a clockwise rotation trigger switch and a clockwise rotation relay. The counterclockwise rotation module includes a counterclockwise rotation trigger switch and a counterclockwise rotation relay. By such arrangements, the loop collision caused by mis-touch can be avoided by a cross connection of the clockwise and counterclockwise rotation relays with the clockwise and counterclockwise rotation trigger switches, thus preventing the man-made careless mistake and maintaining the smoothness of the operation.

    Abstract: A wireless control system for controlling linear actuators comprises at least: a plurality of linear actuators, a plurality of control equipments, and at least one wireless controller. The respective linear actuators are assembled on an automatic machine after being connected to a control equipment. The wireless controller and the respective control equipments are provided with a two-way sequence transmitting and receiving assembly which complies with IEEE 802. The wireless control system avoids the use of control boxes and wires while increasing the additional value. Further, the two-way sequence transmitting and receiving assembly ensures the operation status of between the wireless controller and the respective linear actuators, and prevents the direction problem of the wireless control.

This invention simplifies the method into two main steps: (1). Updating definition data. (2). Applying new function. Furthermore, this method does not need to modify program for encoding/decoding a file. This method simplifies the conventional flow process for handling the tabulated data file.

    Abstract: This invention applies a specified index method for Abstract Syntax Notation One (ANS.1) encoding systems. Its procedure includes receiving input data, adding specified indices to the data and determining if the data consists of an omitted optional item or an omitted default item. If so, it modifies the specified index of the optional/default item. It then adds, updates, inserts or deletes the data directly. And it adjusts the code of the modified data according to the specified index, and outputs the newly encoded data. This invention can be used in the electronic/digital signature applications, such as cosigns or countersigns which need timely encoding data inputs from multiple entities. The new method can save the memory space and speed up the processing time since it does not need completely decoding and encoding the whole input data.
