  • Publication number: 20070170063
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a capillary electrophoresis apparatus in which simultaneity can be ensured between sensitivity and data acquisition to decrease a pull-up signal while spectral data acquisition is eliminated in each capillary exchange. The invention relates to a capillary electrophoresis apparatus characterized in that a multi-bandpass filter is provided in an optical detection system. In one aspect of the invention, a signal detection area of a two-dimensional detector is divided into plural regions corresponding to wavelength transmission regions of the multi-bandpass filter. An integrated value of the fluorescence spectrum signal is determined in the region including a fluorescence spectrum peak of an analysis sample in the plural regions. • Publication number: 20070170172
Abstract: A Fixing device has a heat roller, a magnetic flux generating element, and a magnetic flux block section. The magnetic flux block section for blocking magnetic flux flowing from a magnetic flux generating element to a heat roller is moved to a position at which the magnetic flux does not cause the heat roller to generate heat when rotation of the heat roller stops. The magnetic flux block section is moved to a position at which the heat roller generates heat when the heat roller rotates. Therefore, when rotation of the heat roller stops, even if electric current is applied to the magnetic flux generating element to generate magnetic flux from the magnetic flux generating element, heat generation by the magnetic flux generating element is prevented, so that smoking and firing of the heating element is suppressed.

  • Patent number: 7248785
Abstract: A power control section, which turns a video/audio recording apparatus ON or OFF, outputs power control information. A video recording control section, which starts or stops video recording, outputs video recording control information. A signal input section allows moving picture data to be input. Based on the power control information and the video recording control information, an attribute designation section generates attribute information, which is supplied to a recording section. The attribute information contains a program number used for the classification of moving picture files. Any number of moving picture files which may be recorded after the power is turned ON and before the power is turned OFF are assigned with the same program number. The recording section records on a recording medium the attribute information as well as moving picture files representing the moving picture data which has been input via the signal input section.
