  • Publication number: 20020162087
Abstract: An analysis part analyzes a description of logic design; an extraction part extracts a part of the description of logic design having the fan-out number beyond a predetermined value, based on the analysis; an insertion part inserts a buffer for clock tree synthesis for performing an adjustment on the part extracted by said extracting part, the adjustment being performed at a time of subsequent layout process; and a logic synthesis part 50 performs logic synthesis on the description of logic deign obtained after the insertion performed by said inserting part.

  • Publication number: 20010014091
Abstract: Includes a base station (2) that measures an uplink interference value of a transmission path when a data error has occurred in reception packets multiplexed by plurality, generates a retransmission request signal of a packet format based on the measured uplink interference value, and then transmits the retransmission request signal to a mobile communication terminal that has transmitted the erroneous packet; and a mobile communication terminal (1) that outputs multiplexed transmission data as a transmission packet during a normal transmission, automatically divides the transmission data into parallel signals according to a retransmission multiplex number based on the retransmission request signal when the retransmission request signal has been received, further multiplexes the parallel signals to generate a transmission packet for retransmission, and outputs the transmission packet to the base station.

  • Patent number: 4238632
Abstract: An arc furnace for quickly and continuously melting directly reduced iron ore so as to make steel, wherein the furnace wall above the hearth line and the furnace roof have partly spherical inner surfaces, the spherical surface defining these inner surfaces having the center located adjacent to the point equidistantly spaced apart from the lower ends of electrodes, and the electrodes are inclined at an angle to the vertical so that the distance between the lower ends thereof may be reduced to a minimum.
